Chef An brought some amazing flavors from Vietnam to mix in with her Japanese techniques. Everything felt natural & seemless. The attention to details was very impressive to watch & even more to taste. Looking forward to trying out there new menus

Chef An created an incredible menu. Every dish was delicious & perfectly executed. Each course reminded me of the food I grew up eating & brought back childhood memories. It was nostalgic in the best way, with flavors I've never been able to replicate myself. I highly recommend giving it a try.

A fantastic dining experience from start to finish! The layout is reminiscent of the establishments in Japan, long & narrow while sharing an intimate setting with the chef. Chef An goes into detail about each high quality ingredient & the thought process of the course. The creativity melding traditional Vietnamese flavors, while respecting the familiarity of Japanese dishes elevated with precision & upscale technique. Emily's service perfectly complimented the meal. It felt like being invited into a personal chef's home while they cooked & served you.

There are lunch & dinner options offered at multiple price points, which gives diners an affordable & unique opportunity to experience something special in our expansive culinary city.

Unique Montreal Omakase fusion Vietnamese food! ,surprisingly tasty.
Chef An is so talented ,creative, story teller & fun to interact with!
Fish is so fresh , food very good & an excellent service with a good vibe!
16 courses meal at a reasonable price.
The restaurant has only 8 seats!
A Must go place for tasting menu.

An immersive culinary experience that will undoubtedly stay in my top-tier. From the authentic ingredients to their magnificent presentations, Maison An somehow brought me back to Japan in a hearbeat. Every bite was unforgettable & I'd rather keep the menu inside the mystery box as everyday might differ (which is super exciting). Each dish was carefully explained by the chef who showed great passion & knowledge.
Finally, great food always comes with great alcohol for they complete each other. The waitress knew exactly my needs & recommended one of the best wines I've ever had.
