By far one of the best omakase experiences we've had in Canada. If you're looking for a traditional Japanese experiences, I would still suggest giving Maison An a try. However, if you were like us & keen on trying a complementary Vietnamese dining, Japanese technique-inspired tasting menu delicately curated by Chef An, then you'll leave with 100% satisfied. From start to finish, An walked us through her history of being a culinary chef & the stories behind each ingredient & the way they complement each other for each of the 16 menu items. The ingredients were fresh & authentically Vietnamese & paired beautifully & tastily with the Japanese execution. A special occasion marked by a wonderful dinner! Thanks to Chef An & her team!

Chef An was incredibly informative & accommodating. The dining experience was very pleasant & all the bites were super creative, fresh, & seasonal. I especially loved the isaki sashimi with the'fish sauce'. Can't wait to go back!

Don't let the unassuming outside fool you, inside is a welcoming & exciting culinary adventure! This meal surpassed all of my expectations.

The flavours & combinations were incredibly unique- for example the steamed egg with pho broth. On top of the amazing food, Chef A was a delight. Incredibly detailed in bringing us into her creative process, technique & even upbringing.

The entire meal was a real treat & I can't wait to go back!

Maison An Omakase was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed & immediately felt at ease. Chef An's passion, talent, & years of experience are evident in every aspect of the meal.

Throughout the service, she took the time to explain each dish, sharing the inspirations behind them & how they reflect her culture & personal experiences. The Vietnamese & Japanese fusion omakase is beautifully executed, every ingredient is thoughtfully selected, impeccably fresh, & carefully paired to complement one another.

One of the highlights of the evening was being able to chat with Chef An throughout the service & connect with her at the end of the meal. It made the experience feel incredibly intimate & personal.

My favorite dishes were the steamed egg with pho broth & the wagyu beef, it was outstanding & is something I'll be thinking about for a long time. Every course felt intentional, & it's clear that a tremendous amount of thought goes into creating this menu.

This was more than just dinner; it was a story shared through food. It's an experience we will never forget, & I highly recommend Maison An Omakase to anyone looking for something truly special.

What an amazing experience, such good food! Chef An presented each course beautifully & with a bit of fun as well. We left fully satisfied! The extra effort that went in for my birthday treat was very much appreciated. Hope to visit again soon.
