Usually very good service except for last visit. Booking for 2 people 1 month ahead, got us the worst seating. We were rudely told all other seating was reserved & it was this or nothing!! About to leave, we complained to the manager. We got a booth. That thursday evening, the restaurant was never full. The manager seemed purposely intrusive stopping at our table at least 4 times to straighten our placemats or other gagdet. The rude welcome by the staff who seated us, the intrusive manager, somewhat spoiled my $130.00 meal pleasure! I have never been back!Voir plus

Cool looking place, dark ambiance & overall good food. To start, we had the beef tar tar & French onion soup- both awesome. The steak we had porterhouse & shared it. The flavours were great, I will say it was a tad overcooked but we enjoyed it. The sommelier was very helpful & the wine was delicious. Service could have been a touch better for what we paid. We love Maggie Oakes, especially while we stay at the William Gray. During our past visit, Cephas was such an amazing server.
