First, as an aspiring chef, it is abundantly clear that the chef of this restaurant has perfected his recipes. We enjoyed the mussels w/ a white wine, leek, & carrot broth - which was out of this world. The freshness of the mussels accompanied by the savory & bright seafood broth was spectacular. We also enjoyed the creamy seafood pasta, which you can tell also has the infused seafood broth in the cream sauce. Incredible. Additionally, you can tell the seafood is fresh - not frozen. This restaurant pays attention to detail & has also kept up with the times (which is tough to do - shoutout to ownership!), as it has been open more than 30 years. We were very satisfied & look forward to coming back next time we're in Montreal (first timers!) Lastly, Ilene is the best! She gave us incredible advice on spots to hit up on our visit but most of all she's just an all-around sweet person. Thank you, Ilene. Best wishes!Voir plus
