I can't downrate the atmosphere enough. The music was very very loud. They had to lower it so I could shout my order. The terminal to pay could not be lifted so there was no way to hide my card or tip. So I panicked & put 15% even though we were taking it home. This place is expensive as hell. I ordered a piri-piri chicken burger & a mac & cheese non combo. How can you justify 55!?
Its so loud I had to leave, go outside & then & go around the corner to accept a phone call. I was already pretty unhappy. The food took a ver very long time for a fast food joint. Almost 20 minutes. We got our food & left in a hurry. I got home in 6 minutes & the food was cold. My car is heated. Burger was slop & I had to eat it with a fork & knife. The chicken was no longer crispy & was slightly blad. Sauce was ok. Macncheese was bland & the chicken did not help much. I have yet to experience food poisoning but if I did this review woudl be 1 star. I do not plan to go back & will be recommending to my friends & family that this was not a good experience.
Food was literally disgusting. Tasteless chicken with a little bit of sauce in some bread. Nothing more. Saw the cashier who served me like shes forced to be there but the chicken with her bare hands in a slab of bread & thats that. Paid 30$ for this garbage along with a tiny bit of mac n cheese which was soggy & disgusting as well similar to a kraft dinner. Cookies were the only good thing i bought & im guessing its sourced

This place is really expensive for a burger & chicken tenders. No sauce is included with the combo, need to pay extra. The burger lacked flavour 5/10 , the chicken tenders were ok 7/10.
I ordered 3 chicken tenders on uber & two accompanying sauces. Not only were the sauces 3.50 each, but the supposed'hot honey' was just a tiny plastic cup of regular honey. I paid $7 for sauces that couldn't even cover 1 of 3 tenders. Ridiculous.
J'aurai dû lire les reviews avant de commander...Les frites étaient froides, pas de sauce pour le poulet & je n'ai pas eu mon breuvage clairement indiqué sur la facture. Première expérience = déception !

Je suis vraiment dessus j'ai acheté une trio 3 morceaux filet de poulet… ils ont oublier 1/3 des morceaux, le pain, la salade de chou & la sauce que jai payer 1,50$ extra…. Première fois & dernière fois
We went there with 2 kids. The waiting time is forever. Eberyone were waiting for more than 30 minutes. The guy behind the cash was poorly traîned & clumsy & he didn't know what to do. The cook instructed everything. We ordered 20 mcx. The portion was good for the price but he didn't bring us any fork or knives. The fillet was cooked completely but has no taste without the sauce. The bathroom was not cleaned, the dining area was clean. They are very understaffed.

First Time going & so happy i Found this place.. the young Man Who served me was si polite & well spoken... Chicken is crispy not as Much spice but atleast you get that crunch..cant complain...
Plus we get 6 sauces with 20 chicken tendres .
Food was good, I enjoyed it. My kids enjoyed it, but customer service is terrible. The lady who took my order, didn't even speak to me, I asked her for the mild sauce, & she just pointed at the menu screen. You know, vocabulary & using your words is a'thing' in the restaurant industry. I just found it very rude.
As I sat there eating, 4 clients came in, & waited about 20 minutes before even ordering. They all walked out.
At least if you're running late, or getting busy, acknowledge the clients' tell them sorry, It won't be long' or I'll be right with you. Or something, show the clients you care about them.
The team here needs to look over their workers, either teach them how to talk to clients, or get new workers, who are dynamic, friendly & welcoming, especially in this field of buisness.
& some speed would be nice, it was dreadful watching her wrap an order in the bag 🤦?♀? Your working at a FAST food restaurant, it should be fast, it shouldn't take longer than 15 minutes to take the order & serve it, & if something is taking longer, tell the client, let them know it might take a alittle longer.
First I walk in & the music was so loud you couldn't hear or be heard.
The lady at the counter didn't even say hello & barely spoke, she was just pointing with her finger.
When I get my order, the drink was warm on a 30 degree weather.
the Mac & cheese tasted like boiled water, there was barely any cheese sauce.
The chicken arrived cold & the burger had half a piece of bacon, one tomato slice thin as paper & not fresh at all.
The actual chicken recipe is good but it's a shame they have such bad service.
Honnêtement je comprend pas le nombre de bon reviews, mais l'accueil très difficile, la personne ne parlait pas français & ne comprenait pas ce que je lui posait comme question (c'était ma 1er fois), le poulet OK sans plus, la sauce assez bof, mais le pire c'est la poutine, le fromage était jaune fondu complètement comme une grosse motte sur les frites, horrible si vous êtes pas capable de faire une poutine, mettez en pas sur le menu svp, ce que j'ai le mieux aimé à été ma cannette de Pepsi, sinon la place semblait propre.

Le service à l'accueil vraiment pas top avec quelqu'un qui ne comprend pas trop le français & qui n'est pas capable de répondre à mes questions vue que c'était la première fois que j'y allais. Burger avec leur sauce MP, pas top, très classique mais le poulet était bon. La poutine au poulet avec sauce MP, vraiment pas incroyable, le fromage pas frais tout fondu, la sauce est vraiment pas folle & le poulet devenu mou tombe rapidement sur le coeur. Très déçu.
Nous avons commandé le spécial du dimanche 12 morceaux avec une grosse frite, salade de chou & deux sauces . Délicieux mais pas assez de sauce. Les frites sont très bonnes aussi.
The cashier was super sweet & patient with me & the atmosphere was great. At the time that I came, it was busy, with about half of the tables being filled. Despite this, the cashier brought out my food within 5-10 minutes. It was hot, fresh & worth for what I paid. The chicken strips were super crispy & well seasoned, the waffle fries were soft on the inside & crispy on the outside & their signature sauce was super tasty. Will definitely be visiting again! 😊
Great food, best fried chicken burger around Mtl or Laval ! Try the Buffalo, the BLT or the Chicken & waffle burger !! Side of waffle fries & house sauce a must !!!
Ordered at 1am & order was dry. A crispy chicken burger that had hardly any sauce, a buffalo burger that I had high expectation for that didnt look/taste as good as they market on social media. The fries however were the highlight which was a dissapointment considering all the hype for the chicken burgers. Will not be returning.
