I can't downrate the atmosphere enough. The music was very very loud. They had to lower it so I could shout my order. The terminal to pay could not be lifted so there was no way to hide my card or tip. So I panicked & put 15% even though we were taking it home. This place is expensive as hell. I ordered a piri-piri chicken burger & a mac & cheese non combo. How can you justify 55!?
Its so loud I had to leave, go outside & then & go around the corner to accept a phone call. I was already pretty unhappy. The food took a ver very long time for a fast food joint. Almost 20 minutes. We got our food & left in a hurry. I got home in 6 minutes & the food was cold. My car is heated. Burger was slop & I had to eat it with a fork & knife. The chicken was no longer crispy & was slightly blad. Sauce was ok. Macncheese was bland & the chicken did not help much. I have yet to experience food poisoning but if I did this review woudl be 1 star. I do not plan to go back & will be recommending to my friends & family that this was not a good experience.
-1000 for the ambiance, the music is so loud I had to shout my order. I swear the same song played 3 times in a row while I was waiting for my food, it took at least 15 minutes. 50$ for a burger & a mac & cheese(with chicken) is too expensive, especially since we didn't take any combo. The food is not bad, not great though. The mac & cheese is bland & it was cold when we got home (took us 6 minutes from door to door).

This place is really expensive for a burger & chicken tenders. No sauce is included with the combo, need to pay extra. The burger lacked flavour 5/10 , the chicken tenders were ok 7/10.
Frittes molle , seulement un cornichons dans le burger & le poulet est dure comme si il est vieux . Dégueulasse si j'aurais pu mettre 0 j'aurais mis 0, de plus le prix est exorbitant aller au mcdo vous seriez mieux servis & satisfait
J'ai commandé deux burgers sur Uber Eats le poulet n'était pas bien cuit, immangeable. J'ai dû les jeter directement à la poubelle. Franchement plus jamais je ne commanderai ici.
I don't recommend this place because they are trying to squeeze money out of customers. I ordered the special of the day without knowing it's the special of the day & they charged me full price. While eating, I saw the poster for the weekly specials so I went to ask them why I didn't get that price & they said it's because you have to say'special du jour' when ordering & that just seems ridiculous to me. I have never had this experience before, usually the person at the register is happy to notify me of the specials particularly when my order is part of the promo. The food was below average, worth half of what I paid at most. For reference, my total was $21.35 for the burger/fries/soda trio (including tax). I ordered the MP classic burger & it only had 3 ingredients… I could make a better burger at home. Even the table next to me had issues with their order. I overheard the conversation & basically they ordered 3 trios but only got served burgers & drinks (fries were missing). They had to pay separately for the fries & I presume it came out more expensive that way. All this seems very intentional; I have worked in customer service for many years so I recognize a cash grab when I see one.
We went to Madame Poulet with high expectations, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The staff refused to speak English with us, so we had to order in French, which was manageable but still not very welcoming.
We ordered four plates: the new Chicken Tomacluck for myself & three chicken burgers for my wife & kids. The'chicken burgers' are not really burgers - they're chicken tenders placed inside a hamburger bun - so be aware of that before ordering.
The Tomacluck was mostly batter, & the chicken inside didn't taste properly cooked; the texture was still slimy, which was very off-putting.
On top of that, the restaurant was extremely cold - I had to eat my meal with my jacket on. The total for the four meals was approximately $85, which made the experience even more disappointing given the quality.
Ironically, the best part of the meal was the fresh-cut fries. For a chicken restaurant, the chicken itself was not the highlight. Overall, not an experience we would repeat

This experience was absolutely terrible. My girlfriend was given the wrong burger, returned it untouched, & then was argued with about her order despite the bill showing what we ordered & paid for. On top of that, the employee was openly eating & sucking on a snack pack while talking to us, which was unbelievably rude, unprofessional, & disrespectful.
As for my food, being charged nearly 7$ extra for mac & cheese that was literally kraft dinner with fried onions slapped on top is a complete scam. The quality, service, & attitude were all unacceptable. We are beyond disappointed & will never be coming back.
My partner & I ordered two combo burgers. They brought me a completely different burger from what I had ordered, which I brought back to the counter, untouched. The lady argued me on what I had ordered despite proof on the bill, & was sucking on a snack pack the entire I was conversing with her, which felt very disrespectful. My partner's side, a mac n cheese, was basically just Kraft Dinner with some fried onion sprinkled on top. They charge nearly 7$ extra for a side of mac n cheese, only to serve KD!! Very unsatisfied & will not be returning.
I was quite disappointed with the food. The Piri Piri chicken burger was extremely messy to eat, the bun broke apart making it impossible to eat it as a burger rather in pieces. Some of the fries were a little raw & undercooked & the onion rings were greasy.
Great chicken burgers, good fries, & decent service. I will say the wait time was a little long but it was worth it for a nice little outing. Would definitely come again if im in the area!

Save yourself from ordering the Louisiane burger, it was awful unfortunately.. the bacon inside was hard like rock & the chicken was nowhere near fresh, how can you even serve a cold burger?? the pasta was good at least
I ordered a chicken burger i received 3 chicken stripes between 2 pieces of bred & 1 slice of pickle. Feeling sad & confused. & the lady at the counter has no business taking orders from clients. Super akward & has a hard time speaking up. Its a restaurant not a library but hey maybe its just me. At least they got the fries right hence the 2 stars.
First I walk in & the music was so loud you couldn't hear or be heard.
The lady at the counter didn't even say hello & barely spoke, she was just pointing with her finger.
When I get my order, the drink was warm on a 30 degree weather.
the Mac & cheese tasted like boiled water, there was barely any cheese sauce.
The chicken arrived cold & the burger had half a piece of bacon, one tomato slice thin as paper & not fresh at all.
The actual chicken recipe is good but it's a shame they have such bad service.
Le service à l'accueil vraiment pas top avec quelqu'un qui ne comprend pas trop le français & qui n'est pas capable de répondre à mes questions vue que c'était la première fois que j'y allais. Burger avec leur sauce MP, pas top, très classique mais le poulet était bon. La poutine au poulet avec sauce MP, vraiment pas incroyable, le fromage pas frais tout fondu, la sauce est vraiment pas folle & le poulet devenu mou tombe rapidement sur le coeur. Très déçu.

Mon ami & moi avions super faim sur l'autoroute & on a directement pensé à madame poulet vue que on avait déjà voulu essayer. Je vous promet que le burger au poulet est massif & est aucunement petit (très très bonne choses). Les tenders de poulet sont juteux & bien croustillants. Bref le restaurant madame poulet est excellent.
This is not a chicken burger or sandwich just a small piece of chicken in two buns. I paid $26 for two small sandwiches & they barely had chicken inside
Positive notes : open late, friendly service, ample free parking & food is ok. (Chicken burgers) Negative notes: tables extremely dirty, sticky. Had to clean it myself before sitting down. Only 2 employees are working, so I don't blame them. Understaffed for the amount of traffic going in this place. Do not order chicken wings. $9 for 5 wings the size of a baby thumb & dry! Uneatable. I felt robbed. Braught them back to ask if it was normal for the wings to be that tiny & dry? She said yes. No refund or willing to fix the issue. Would I recommend this place? Yes ,for late night snackers !
