The milk tea was good, but unfortunately, the service was very disappointing. The staff member taking orders was extremely rude & disrespectful toward customers. She was speaking loudly & impatiently, which made the experience uncomfortable.

I also witnessed her rolling her eyes at a delivery driver, which I found very unprofessional & disrespectful.

I hope the manager at Machi Machi can pay more attention to customer service & provide better training to the front-counter staff. The drinks are good, but good service is just as important to the overall customer experience.

Honestly, the worst service I've ever experienced at a boba shop. The ordering process was painfully slow, & despite repeating my order & telling her at the beginning that I would like to get black milk tea with cream brulee but she only ordered black milk tea, the staff member still entered my sugar & ice preferences incorrectly. If she is a new employee, management seriously needs to step in & train their staff properly before putting them on the register. Unacceptable quality of service

I got the popular crème brûlée black milk tea & it was super good! It can be a bit filling ^^ I wish the cups were clear so we can get a good view but regardless the place is really cute & the ambience is peaceful! The drinks can be refreshing during a hot day.

We didn't see anyone working here until we finished ordering on the machines. It was quite strange to me but the counter waitresses were still friendly. It took a bit longer than we thought it would to receive our drinks but it wasn't that bad. The drinks were great! They were just on point with the sweetness & the tea flavours. It was around 8$ for a drink too which is quite a decent price for the size.
