It is a nice cozy place but quite pricey for a bubble tea. The portions are really small. It is a nice place to experience once.
The drinks were good, but note that the place is quite small with not much seating spots, so it's mostly for takeout. I got the matcha with Panna cotta & the regular milk tea both were good!
Drinks taste great, though are pricey. I really like their milk tea with crème brûlée & matcha latte with panna cotta. Some certain drinks don't allow any modifications on sugar & ice level. They have specific instructions on how to enjoy certain drinks, e.g: shaking the lattes, stirring the crème brûlée's, etc. Busy store so expect some waiting.
A few weeks after its opening, Machi Machi has already started to put 2x more ice in its popular creme brulee milk tea to make more profit. This is very frustrating because otherwise the drinks are good, but its unacceptable to pay 10$ for a drink & have it half filled with ice, to the point where you can barely appreciate the cream & the boba. We tried to order with "no ice" the next time we went, but they say the ice is "fixed". No wonder why...
