Im really sad at the downfall of this restaurant. Their mac & cheese used to be perfect; flavourful, pasta aldente & lots of cheese. Now the noodles are overcooked, the roux / sauce is watery & flavourless. Just a shame.

Uber eats'd the mac montrealais- the mac & smoked meat was delicious, but I didn't get the cornichons frit or the onions verts that was supposed to come with it. Kind of a bummer :

Well I've enjoyed all the meals I've ever had here until tonight. I ordered the 4 cheese. I know my cheese, there was no feta on it at all. Instantly upset. Panko, didn't even notice a sprinkle of it. Normally it's baked right up to the rim with cheese. This time it was a mound filling 2/3rds of the container. Was not happy. Unfortunate because I talk kindly about this place to everyone. Not a single bit of feta. Whoever made it tonight...pay attention. Please

Amazing Mac & cheese my daughter had the Spanakopita Mac & Cheese & I had the Supreme. Very well worth the drive there 👌 friendly staff & nice atmosphere. My daughter had seen them on tiktok & she made sure we went to try, I'm happy we did. 😀
One of the best mac & cheese I have ever had! We came to Macbar with no understanding of the experience we would partake in. We had amazing cocktails & max & cheese with flavors that blew our minds! The service & great artwork around the restaurant made the night very enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for good food, fantastic drinks, & a fun time.
Stumbled upon this gem late night while visiting from out of town. Everything was impeccable from the service to the food. We met 2 of the owners who were incredibly friendly & went above & beyond in welcoming us & making a personal connection! Will absolutely be going back every time we're in Montreal ☺️ THANK YOU BOTH SO MUCH! We look forward to returning again soon!
