We reserved at M Steak knowing it was a hotel restaurant, but for a steakhouse at this price point, the ambiance was very disappointing. The restaurant is open to the hotel lobby, with people constantly walking by in bathing suits, bathrobes, & even shirtless. This is not what you expect from an expensive steakhouse.
The noise level was very high, making it hard to enjoy a conversation. Service from our server was very good, but the manager interaction lacked any personal touch - she spoke to us while scanning the room rather than engaging with us.
The food was okay, but not exceptional enough to justify the price. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant.

I have been to hundreds of steakhouses & this one is by far the worst I have ever been to. The service wasn't terrible, it was garbage. Took about an hour & a half to get our entrees & then another hour to get our steaks. I dont know if they were butchering the cow in the back for everything to take so long but when i expressed my complaints to the waitress, she literally walked away from me without saying anything. She was french (France) so they never really care about service anyways.
Also, food to ratio quality was unreasonable. I honestly make better lobster & steak at home. They brought us a choice of knives to choose from to cut our steaks... I wish one of them was sharpened properly, let alone a steak knife at all. I was fighting with my steak. It came well done & i asked for medium. At this point I just couldn't take it anymore so I didn't complain I just wanted to leave.
At one point they started flambéing the lobster at another table to give a show but it ended up suffocating the whole restaurant with fumes & smoke & we were just coughing from the smell of the butter that was flying in the air. What a mess. This is a sad excuse for a steakhouse.

Super ambiance, joli & classe. Belles banquettes confortables. Les assiettes sont belles & l'attente normale. Les frites de patates douces & le rouleau maki sont 2 incontournables de ce resto!!!

Il n y a pas beaucoup de reviews pour ce bon restaurant. C'est toujours achalandé. Les gens ne laissent pas de reviews quand ils sont satisfaits. Ne vous laissez pas influencer par les quelques chialeux qui ont surement un petit budget & un niveau d'attente très haut. Je recommande, c est super bon.
