Je suis allé au restaurant Lylac avec ma famille & mon expérience a été très décevante.
D'abord, les portions sont vraiment petites. La quantité de nourriture n'est pas du tout convenable, surtout pour le prix payé. En plus de ça, la qualité des plats n'était pas au rendez-vous - ce n'était tout simplement pas bon, & certains plats semblaient manquer de fraîcheur.
Le service était presque moyen. Nous avons dû attendre environ 15 minutes juste pour avoir du pain ou de la sauce à l'ail, ce qui est beaucoup trop long. De plus, le personnel ne semblait pas très attentif & il était difficile d'obtenir de l'aide ou un suivi à la table sachant qu'il y a quelques tables seulement remplies.
De manière générale, c'est très cher pour ce qui est offert. Pour une famille de 2 adultes & 3 enfants, j'ai payé environ 211$ (taxes & pourboire de 15 % inclus), & honnêtement, nous ne nous sommes même pas sentis à moitié satisfaits.
L'ambiance n'était pas particulièrement agréable & le rapport qualité-prix est vraiment mauvais.
Je ne recommande pas cet endroit.

Very disappointing experience. The portions are extremely small & the food didn't taste good. Service was slow - we waited about 15 minutes just for bread & garlic sauce. Overall, it's overpriced for what you get. Paid around $211 for a family of 5 & left not even half satisfied. Not recommended.
We had the degustation menu & everything was fresh & delicious. The atmosphere & service were also impeccable. Our waitress Karla was the sweetest!! Definitely recommend - we'll be back

We hosted our baby shower for 65 people at Lylac & it exceeded all expectations. The Middle Eastern buffet was fresh, flavorful, & offered generous portions that everyone enjoyed. Each dish was well-prepared & beautifully presented, giving our guests plenty of variety. The staff were highly professional & attentive, handling every detail so we could relax & fully enjoy the celebration. The space accommodated our large group comfortably, & everything ran smoothly from setup to service. 10/10 recommend.
My family & I came for Iftar during Ramadan 2026. The food was really good & every meal came on time. We didn't wait a minute when the time of Iftar was in.
A wonderful evening & experience , a great atmosphere, love the decor . The food was delicious & flavorful, we had their unique syrian gastronomy experience menu & really we had a little taste of everything & everything was great !! The service was A1 our server charbel was very helpful in explaining the different dishes & was very patient with us. I would recommend this place & we will definitely be back !!

Food was decent I guess, but the service was disappointing. It took nearly 20 minutes to take our order while other tables were being attended to several times. No one checked on us after we got our food, & if we hadn't asked for the bill, nobody would have come to our table. Mind you the restaurant wasn't even busy. It's been a while since I've been this disappointed in customer service. No one smiled or seemed welcoming. Wouldn't recommend.
The food was amazing, the service was excellent, the place was very neat & clean, the prices were very reasonable, & the food was authentic very good experience I recommend everyone to try this restaurant 10/10
Ordered for our business Christmas party & everything was fantastic. The food was fresh, delicious, & on time. Great service & zero stress. Highly recommend!

I recently dined at Lylac Resto Lounge, & the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The atmosphere is warm, stylish, & inviting-perfect for a night out with friends or a relaxed dinner.
One of the absolute highlights was the kibbe nayah. It was incredibly fresh, beautifully seasoned, & prepared with obvious care. Easily one of the best I've had! The rest of the menu impressed as well, with flavorful dishes & great presentation.
Service was friendly & attentive without ever feeling rushed. Overall, Lylac Resto Lounge delivered an outstanding dining experience. I'll definitely be coming back, & I highly recommend it-especially if you love great food & exceptional kibbe nayah!
