I have eaten thousands of steaks, but the ribeye here was on of the very best. Good food, good service; although a little cramped, with people squeezing past each other. But those thin paper napkins? Really? Such a pity. Update - came again twice & similar result each time - great steaks with MacDonald's tissues for napkins, but this time with a logo. Interestingly I was reliably informed that staff are even discouraged from'wasting' too many napkins. Kindly increase the cost of each steak by $1and provide decent napkins! Keep the change.

Great food. The oysters, the beef carpaccio, the salads & the steak were all great. Great atmosphere on the terrace. Our server (Ryan) made great food & wine recommendations & overall made the night out more fun. I'd go back!

My recent dining experience at Lucille's Oyster Dive was, for the most part, a very enjoyable evening. The restaurant offers a lively atmosphere, excellent food, & attentive service that makes it a popular destination for special occasions & group gatherings.

The food was outstanding from start to finish. The steaks were cooked perfectly to order, flavorful, & expertly prepared. Every dish that arrived at our table was well presented & demonstrated the kitchen's attention to quality & detail. The drink & wine selection complemented the meal nicely, contributing to what should have been a flawless dining experience.

Equally impressive was the service. Our server was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, & attentive without being intrusive. Throughout the evening, the staff ensured that our large party was well looked after, & they handled a substantial food & beverage order smoothly & efficiently. In an industry where service can often make or break a dining experience, the team at Lucille's deserves recognition for their efforts.

Unfortunately, what should have ended as a five-star experience was overshadowed by an unnecessary issue regarding gift card redemption. Our food & beverage bill was close to $1,000, & we intended to use six $100 gift cards toward the total. To our surprise, the manager informed us that the restaurant's policy permits the use of a maximum of four gift cards per visit.

While I understand that businesses establish policies for operational reasons, this particular situation called for flexibility & common sense. We were not attempting to use gift cards to cover the entire bill; rather, we wanted to apply $600 in valid gift cards against a bill approaching $1,000. The restaurant was still receiving a substantial additional payment beyond the gift cards.

What was most disappointing was not the policy itself, but the manager's unwillingness to exercise discretion. Effective management involves more than simply reciting company rules. A manager should have the authority & judgment to evaluate circumstances & make reasonable accommodations for patrons, particularly when dealing with a large bill, loyal customers, & valid gift cards that have already been purchased & paid for.

Hospitality is ultimately about creating positive experiences & building customer loyalty. In this case, a simple exception would have left our entire group talking about an exceptional evening. Instead, the interaction left us feeling frustrated & diminished an otherwise excellent dining experience.

Despite this disappointment, I want to emphasize that the food quality & service staff were excellent. Lucille's Oyster Dive clearly excels in many areas & remains a restaurant I would recommend for its cuisine, atmosphere, & service. However, I hope management reconsiders how rigidly such policies are enforced & empowers managers to make customer-focused decisions when circumstances warrant it. A little flexibility can go a long way toward turning satisfied customers into truly loyal ones.

Le service est efficace & chaleureux. J'ai mangé des côtes levées & des frites. La viande était tendre, toutefois je n'ai pas aimé car les côtes étaient nappées d'une sauce sucrée & je n'aime pas ça. Je suis certaine que ça convient à d'autres car c'est un plat qui est souvent commandé. Les Frites étaient croustillantes & délicieuses comme toujours.

Loved the food, the ambience & the service we received. Really liked the premium oysters (they were a little expensive though) lobster rolls were too good (be aware that you get 2 of them in a plate & it is cold) 2 was too much for me. seafood pasta was also tasty.

Noisier, more expensive, & more American than it used to be. Mostly groups of four women shouting each other, if you like that sort of thing. Still pretty good.
