If you are looking for a great place to enjoy a good meal with drinks & awesome atmosphere in Laval, Lucille's is it! It was our first time there. Our night was simply perfect from the start to the end. Our waitress Justine was amazing. She recommended us sea food, steak, wine, cocktails & everything was delicious. We will definitely come back to see her & for the delicious food. I highly recommend for a simple night out or a special celebration you will have a fabulous time! Thank you Justine for making this night memorable.

via LibroReally not enough time to complete our super without rushing at the end because we where told that people where waiting for their reservation since we had to wait between plates. Not professional. More time should be put aside for reservations.
via LibroExcellente nourriture, excellent service. Par contre, attablés sur la terrasse, c'était très bruyant & le chauffage était inégal (parfois trop frais & parfois trop chaud).
via LibroWe had a good time, unfortunately although ww had reserved, we waited 30 minutes for our table, approximately an hour to get our plates... might have been a busy evening but we got our plate close to 10h30 (reservation was at 8h30). We were also freezing, had to put our coats on, we were hungry too, that didn't help. Food was very good. I would go back but would definitely ask for another table & hopefully, service will be faster.

via LibroLorsque quelqu'un fait une réservation plusieurs jours à l'avance, il s'attend d'avoir une table située dans un endroit de choix dans le restaurant. Il nous a fallu faire une demande pour changer de table, endroit trop passante. C'est la raison principale pour laquelle je fais des réservations, pour pouvoir avoir une table de choix.

Well I went with my daughter & was disappointed about the service !!
Ordered my meal with fries never got them !
The order was late when the waitress specifically told that it will be right after the appetizer!! She actually came to our table asking about the meal & how satisfied we were !! I has to tell her that we were still waiting!
Then the girl who brought the meals I told her that I had asked for fries no salad! She said I will bring them unfortunately she never came back !!
Then at a certain moment my daughter wanted more sauce for her fries , made a sign to the waitress who disregarded my sign came back 10 minutes later & I told her it was too late !
I actually told the waitress about the experience we had but didn't seem to care ! All she said do you want the bill!!!
So I was quite disappointed!!
Hope to get a better service next time !!! If there is one !!
