I came by for the first time to pick up my order from sarrasin boulangerie, & decided to try out 2 muffins while i was there. I got the carrot muffin as well as the strawberry. & they were both so delicious & full of flavor. Will definitely be coming back soon. Its so hard to find gluten free bakeries in the city that are mostly grain free,organic & without the use of seed oils & processed sugars - basically everything i avoid! Its perfect! Cant wait to come back.
Delicious cupcakes. They're unconventional & dense but also moist & delicious. The rhubarb tarts are absolutely amazing. Excellent stuff & super impressive to be gluten, dairy & refined sugar free.
I called same day to see if I could get a last minute gluten free cake however cakes required 24 hrs notice. Instead I got 8 cupcakes since the persons who birthday it was required gluten free.
I am not a gluten free or vegan person but these were absolutely amazing, tasted so good & for sure the best gluten free &/or vegan cupcakes I've ever had. The whole crowd loved them as well. We got an assortment & all of them were a hit
Un brownie végétalien, sans gluten, sans farine & sans céréale, c'est tout simplement Divin 😁 C'est le meilleur parmi tous ceux que j'ai mangé dans ma vie (& je suis un grand amateur de desserts)
The two ten year olds sitting with me are raving that these desserts taste better than they have any right to. They didn't want to believe me that it was gluten free & vegan. The brownie is apparently "heavenly" & the donut is "way too good". They want to go back to personally thank the chef.
I ordered a cake for my daughter's 1st birthday from here. The taste was great & it was so wonderful that it was vegan, gluten free & without regular sugar. Everyone enjoyed it! However, the presentation was really lacking. The way it was decorated was somewhat haphazard & not what I would expect for a cake costing $78 plus tax. If they would have skipped the randomly placed dried oranges, it would have helped.
Very very very good cupcakes. I don't even normally like cupcakes but really wanted a treat & to try this place. The icing is soft instead of hard like normal cupcakes. & the ingredients are actually healthy, not just gluten free with highly processed ingredients like you find at many places. Was very pleasantly surprised but the texture & moistness. Looking forward to trying more from here, & fresh buckwheat baguettes the next time they are in stock! Nice service & cute little things for sale too like glasses, ceramics, etc.

My incredible colleagues picked up a beautiful 6in strawberry almond cake to celebrate my mini baby shower at the office. As someone who lives with celiac I felt so safe & thrilled that they found this absolute gem of a bakery! Since everything is gluten free I had no concerns & it was delicious & perfectly sweet & light. Everyone one loved it, grazie mille! I will be back for every special occasion 🥰

This place is awesome. I have IBD & thus have to maintain a silly little anti-inflammatory diet, & it's exceptionally rare that I find a shop with freshly made pastries that I can actually eat without becoming dead. But everything in this godsend of a shop is both gluten-free & mostly cane sugar-free, (most of their baked goods are sweetened with maple sugar &/or coconut sugar) so there are tons of things I (& you as well, my hypothetical fellow dietarily restricted friend) can actually eat! I just ate a doughnut for the first time in like fifteen years & it was so good I feel like I could punch a hole in the sky. Also, if you're ridiculous like me & choose to torture yourself by not drinking caffeine, the decaf coffee here is great, & has very little caffeine, which I can tell because I don't get anxiety from it lol
