Stopped here for brunch, we ordered a maple latte, ginger lemonade, pancakes, chicken & waffles, & a side of buffalo brussel sprouts. The waffle/spouts were out of this world! Will definitely be back next time to try the dinner menu.View more

LOV has amazing plant-based dishes covering a wide variety of cuisines & has very unique culinary interpretations of animal-based foods. The service was excellent & the décor was simple but, elegant. Would highly recommend if you want meal that won't disappoint.View more

I was super excited for a fancy vegan/ veg restaurant, & Lov did not disappoint! Amazing atmosphere, great service, delicious food & great variety in their menu. Tables were available on a Friday night, but I'd recommend making a reservation for good seats. Both indoor & outdoor seating available. We tried the orange wine (worth it, no strong flavor), dumplings (amazing sauce- must try), kimchi fries (interestingly tasty), coconut curry (filling & flavourful). Only let down- parking. The streets are almost always full & the paid parking lot adjacent to the restaurant is unreasonably pricey.View more

Warning that this place is no longer vegan: they've started serving eggs. I went a couple of months back & had the truffle burger. It wasn't good. It was also very expensive, especially for a burger. Overall, the menu is uninspired, so there are very few interesting things to choose from. When I go restaurants, I expect to eat something I couldn't easily cook at home, & something better than what I could do at home, otherwise what's the point? Unfortunately, LOV can't seem to provide either. I won't be back, especially now that they're serving eggs.View more

*recently added animal products to their menu 😞 I came to LOV for the first time about 5 years ago. I remember the first time I was so excited & amazed by their vegan menu. I've come back many times since but the last few visits I feel it just hasn't hit the spot. Everything is good, but nothing is amazing or super innovative. They've also recently added eggs & dairy milk to the menu, which is really sad to see. Not sure adding abused animals to your menu is the change for more business. Due to this I probably will not be returning.View more

I have been to this location a few times & they never cease to amaze me, as they update their menu regularly. I love the design of the restaurant, combination of modern & contemporary decorations which makes it suitable for dates, friends & also business gatherings. So far, I have tried their Salmon Tartare, Lasagna, LOV Bagel & burgers & all have been very delicious & perfectly served. The staff are also friendly & helpful which positively contributes to the great atmosphere.View more

Great vibes, great drinks & dessert, horribly salted & peppered mains. Came with two others before the eclipse so we expected an unusually long wait & weren't bothered by it. Waitstaff was overwhelmed & forgetful, but apologetic & extremely friendly. The cocktails were AMAZING & the appetizers were great, but we were all disappointed with the entrees. I had the mushroom risotto that was both so salty & so peppery that you couldn't taste any of the mushrooms. My partner had a pasta dish that was likewise too salty to enjoy. Our friend had the quinoa bowl which was OK at best; the desserts were much better across the board. I'd give this place another chance, even for how pricey it was.View more
