Used to go to Louis when I was a student. The place did not change much. Service was fast. The burger was OK but the meat didn't look cooked enough, but I was not sick, so it is all good. The smoke meat was good. Portions are perfect. The overall cleanliness could improve. I saw the poutine that people were eating when I left & it looked awesome with lots of cheese. I guess I will need to go back

Le bifteck haché est servi avec frites style maison qui n'ont pas l'air appétissante. La boulette de viande est sans goût de boeuf & peu être cuit la journée même mais consiste à du congelé préparé mécaniquement. La sauce brune n'as pas de goût. Bref ce resto n'a pas l'étoffe d'une cantine familiale. Le service est impeccable par contre.
