Used to go to Louis when I was a student. The place did not change much. Service was fast. The burger was OK but the meat didn't look cooked enough, but I was not sick, so it is all good. The smoke meat was good. Portions are perfect. The overall cleanliness could improve. I saw the poutine that people were eating when I left & it looked awesome with lots of cheese. I guess I will need to go back

Je suis un grand fan du Maxi Louis! Sa sauce est délicieuse & normalement c'est l'un de mes burger préférés, mais cette fois-ci le pain était trop cuit & trop dure. Le bacon était aussi sur le bord d'être brûlé... De plus, les frites était molles & huileuses. Il y avait aussi des employés qui vapotaient proche de la porte d'entrée ce que rendait l'accueil un peu moins chaleureux. C'est l'une des rares fois que je vie une mauvaise expérience chez Louis, mais de plus en plus de mes proches me disent la même chose. Je trouve aussi que le prix des repas deviennent de moins en moins abordable pour un restaurant de type "cantine" ce que je trouve dommage, car j'y vais de moins en moins à cause de cela & que mes expériences sont de moins en moins bonne. Cependant j'ai réalisé que l'expérience varient grandement en fonction de quel Louis on va à Sherbrooke.

Portions have been cut down but still the best & cheapest place for poutine hot dogs smoked meat burgers & club sandwiches. New owners are smart keeping the fresh ingredients & classic menu. Takeout is slow 15-30 mins for a club Sandwich? When it's not busy? 😕 Also different portions each time. I paid for chicken not more bread & fries. They should rename club for two. Club for one. 4/6 pieces of chicken if lucky. Sometimes dry sometimes good. No quality check on fries. Sometimes burned sometimes good. It's not what it used to be. Clearly management doesn't care. Too bad used to be a sheebrooke institution. Russian roulette Everytime I decide to eat there. Not everybody wants a "poutine" so if ordered just hotdogs or fries or a poutine I'd get my order faster. 😂
