Today I visited Lord William Pub in Montreal, & everything was incredibly fresh & delicious.

We had about 40 minutes before an important meeting to get into the pub, drink, eat, & leave. It was my first time here & I was a bit worried, but within two minutes the drinks were out, within 10 the (most excellent!) food was out, & by 35 minutes from the moment we set foot in the door we were ready to go. Service was *impeccable* all along. Amazing! & we got to munch to the sound of some great late 90s/early 00s tunes. Very pleasantly surprised by this first visit, will very likely be back!View more

Nous avons réservé le sous-sol du pub pour un événement, & tout a été absolument parfait. Le service était impeccable & rapide, avec une mention spéciale pour les serveurs, très attentionnés tout au long de la soirée.
La nourriture était excellente, avec un très bon rapport qualité-prix, ce qui a été très apprécié par tous nos invités. La salle privée, avec son style rustique & chaleureux, était spacieuse & parfaitement adaptée pour accueillir un grand groupe.
Un immense merci à Shawn pour sa disponibilité, son adaptabilité & son écoute.

We came here with a couple friends & saw a comedy show downstairs.
The comedy show was great & the food was good too.
I had the wings & the were week cooked (crispy but not dry at all).
Beers were a felt a bit pricy, but that's seems like the norm for Montreal pubs in 2025.View more

Notre serveur était pas mal plus intéressé de jaser avec ses amis que servir les tables autour de lui. En plus, ils ont remplacé la musique par le match de hockey. Finalement, nous nous sommes déplacés dans un autre pub.
Au bar & sans hockey, un des meilleurs pubs du quartier. À une table & un soir de hockey ... préférable d'aller au McDonald, ou Poulet Rouge, ou la place de brochettesbaguettes.View more

tamisé & la musique bien choisie ajoutent à l'ambiance conviviale. Que ce soit pour un 5 à 7 entre amis ou une soirée plus animée, l'endroit s'y prête parfaitement.

Le service était rapide & attentionné, avec un personnel souriant & efficace. Les serveurs connaissent bien la carte & sont de bon conseil pour choisir une bière ou un plat.

Côté menu, on retrouve une belle sélection de plats réconfortants typiques d'un pub :
- **Fish & Chips** : croustillant & savoureux, avec une bonne portion de frites maison.
- **Burger maison** : bien garni, pain moelleux & viande juteuse.

En plus de ça, la carte des bières est variée, avec de bonnes options locales & importées.

Ordered delivery Fish & Chips (upgraded to poutine) on a weekday afternoon. -Quality of the fish was fresh, taste was decent for delivery -Poutine looked great but the fries were undercooked, which lead to an underwhelming meal Unfortunate for a well known pub in a good neighborhood. Maybe a bad day. UPDATE Tried their burger a year later & it was pleasantly satisfying. Added a star for that.View more

One of the favourite local pubs of my friends in Montreal. We went there as group. Good food & service. Very accommodating of one of our group needing gluten-free options. Tried their Bushmills Spritz. Next time, I should find out how good their Guinness is.View more

Really good local pub with really good food. We have been numerous times & always enjoyed it. They even have a great kids menu for $12. We have eaten the lamb burger which is excellent & the salmon tartare. They also have a great outdoor terrace. Each time we wnet they had drink specials.View more
