Great place if you are vegan. I'm not vegan but enjoyed the my meal a lot. The staff are very friendly, & the atmosphere is very cool.

A comfy, small sit-down, vegan restaurant in Milton-Parc, by McGill University, has lots of delicious options. Tried the Gyro & Lola's Cheesesteak sandwiches, both were excellent, as was the chocolate caramel pie😋 The sweet potato wedges were a little too soft for my liking, but tasted fine. Prices are reasonable, & there's an alcohol/cocktail menu. Went for lunch on a Thursday, & even though it was busy, the food arrived at a decent time. Our server was welcoming, knowledgeable & jovial. Keep in mind that parking in this area is hard to find. We found parking on Avenue du Parc, a couple of blocks over. I highly recommend Lola Rosa on Milton!

On était pas allé depuis plusieurs années!! Le resto était pas occupé mais Il y a eût un homme français qui nous a vite acceuilli avec une gentillesse & efficacité!!Il nous a dit qu'il pouvait nous donné toutes les explications concernant le menu encore une fois friendly & très agréable!! La bouffe avait toujours été très bonne mais ya plusieurs années le service pouvait être pas mal lent!!On était trois & on regardait travailler cet homme qui était aussi bon en français qu'en anglais,il y a même un groupe de 6-7 personnes qui sont entrés & avait l'air a vouloir repartir en voyant que la place était peut être trop pleine pour qu'ils puissent trouver des places ensemble & vite il les as acceuilli & a déplacer une où deux table pour qu'ils soient bien & confortable!! On a très bien manger aussi, très très bon!! Merçi notre expérience as été très agréable,on vas vite revenir!!

I got the vegan gyro sandwich at Lola Rosa & let me tell you it was one of the best sandwiches I've had in my life. As a vegetarian it's so hard to find sandwiches that are high in protein & delicious. This sandwich exceeded my expectations, & contained unique ingredients like grilled seitan & vegan tofu feta- these are plant-based protein variations that I've never tried before. The innovation is amazing. I would 100% reccomend this restaurant to any vegan/vegetarian who is visiting Montreal. I will be back again (hopefully when I get into McGill!!!) Update: It was so good, I came back the next day & ordered the same thing!

So good! We're not vegan, but we wanted a really healthy meal after a day traveling. The signature salad was a work of art, & so delicious. Service was excellent as well, & so were the drinks. Definitely recommend!

Some of the best vegan food I've ever had! The braised tofu is to die for. I ordered it 3 times in a few months. The team, service & atmosphere are a pleasure!! A must visit!

Visiting from out of town & found this place after walking around McGill & could not be happier with the find! Absolutely loved everything about Lola Rosa & all the small touches that made the space even more special (the notes in the drawers were so cute). We had a primarily vegetarian group & everyone was so excited about all the options & the service was phenomenal. The beet tartare was a crowd pleaser & the lasagna was the perfect end to our night. Could not recommend them enough!
