Since its creation, Lola Rosa is non-vegetarians' favorite vegetarian restaurant. We want to prove that eating without meat is possible and delicious. We offer appetizing dishes inspired from our mothers and grand-mothers. A ragout, a curry, chilli, tomato tart and lasagna are some items found on the menu.
We serve you, in a homely manner, the best Nachos in town! All in a warm decor. Try one of our local beers to pair with those Nachos. And if that's not enough to inspire you, or if you are looking for ideas for your next philosophy class, all you need to do is open our table drawers.
Overall, Lola Rosa is described as a cozy, welcoming vegan-friendly spot that consistently delivers flavorful plant-based dishes and strong service. Reviewers praise the warm atmosphere, the charming plant-filled interior, and a vibe that suits casual meals, friendly gatherings, and special events. The menu impresses with a mix of comforting items and creative vegan dishes, including crowd-pleasers like burgers, burritos, nachos, poutine with mushroom gravy, chickpea fries, lasagna, and curry, with many noting fresh flavors, generous portions, and thoughtful preparation, plus drinks and mocktails that complement the meals. Both omnivores and vegans are satisfied, with many appreciating allergen-conscious labeling and options. Service is frequently described as attentive and knowledgeable, though a few reviews flag slower or inconsistent experiences on busy days. The spots are praised for value, accessibility for families and groups, and for offering a notable plant-based alternative that appeals even to meat eaters, making Lola Rosa a go-to for a casual yet flavorful dining experience.
Best nachos ever. Poutine wasn't the best as the fries tasted like the oil was a bit old. Loved the detail of the messages from previous customers inside the drawers in the tables.
This is a great place & we had a fantastic time here! Really good food with really good service in a really fun setting. Yeah, we were really happy here.
The food, service & ambience were top notch. My wife & I liked it so much we came for lunch one day & dinner the next! The portions are LARGE & absolutely delicious. We had the poutine, mushroom calamari, nachos for lunch. For dinner we had the calamari AGAIN, & in addition ordered the Cheese Steak & a quesadilla. Insanely good food!
Wonderful & helpful service in a charming bohemian garage-sale atmosphere. Salmon poke bowl was delicious. Chicken crepe was great. Espresso was nice & very strong. Note: The restaurant has vegan, vegetarian, & meat dishes; it is not an entirely vegan restaurant.
I've been wanting to go to this place for so long, because they have nice gluten-free options. I would have given it a full 5 star. I'm not sure if it was the liquid from the beans, or the liquid from the vegan sour cream? My crunchy hard nachos became a soupy mess as I reached the bottom. My daughter & I were late to see a ballet, Normally I would have told the waiter of my unsatisfied meal. I'll still go back. But I won't order the nachos 😕!
Great experience from start to finish. Service was awesome, food was delicious & the restaurant's vibe is superb! Highly recommend to try this place of you can!
Fred & Antonio were amazing!! Amazing customer service, & food! Came today for a birthday lunch with friends, & they went above & beyond our expectations! This place has an outdoor terasse & many tables insides! Fred helped us choose plates by providing recommendation. Very good! I'd recommend them & Lola Rosa! Highlight: Burger Cajun with chickpea fries
This here notable dining house *must* be one of the most delicious of the ummy places *ever* to have fed me. & it's vegan; I engaged with a Cajun burger (spicy enough), IPA beer very tasty, a sticky chocolate slice dessert, & a decent coffee - yes, really. Add to that #essential & exceptional staff beyond charming, what else is that to say of relevance? Except that there's outdoor & indoor seating, & inside a mezzanine floor of exceptionally presented notables. @PS: photos are sort of greenish *not* because the food is vegan, but because of the colorful lights outdoors.

Popped in while waiting for a show at Place-des-Arts, & was very pleased with our visit. Staff were friendly & very engaging. Food was delicious with generous portions.
This cute little vegan restaurant in the Place Des Arts district is a lovely little place. The food is amazing, the service was fantastic, & we sat on the patio so the atmosphere was so... downtown & lovely. People walking by existing, & the lights of the district, just created a lovely ambiance. I had the chorizo burrito & it was good - a nice little bit of kick. The maple balsamic vinaigrette was surprisingly tasty & not too overwhelming in flavour. & the desserts are decadent & rich.
The food is amazing I really recommend the curry & the lasagna in the menu. It's very busy all the time especially at lunch time but they have room for everyone 😁 the waiters are really kind & polite. Loved my experience. I recommend 👍🏻
