Great breakfast in a great location. Service was amazing. Loulou made sure my coffee was always full & couldn't have been nicer. Definitely going back!
I am extremely disappointed with the experience my family & I had at this restaurant on Mother's Day morning. We are visiting from Toronto & have never experienced such an unpleasant situation at a restaurant before. We were looking forward to enjoying a nice family breakfast, but unfortunately this turned into one of the worst restaurant experiences we've had.
We arrived around 10:30 AM, placed our order promptly, & received our drinks fairly quickly - but then waited over an hour for our food. The restaurant only started getting busy closer to 11 AM, long after our order had already been placed, so blaming the delay entirely on the rush is unacceptable.
When the food finally arrived, the plate my meal was served on was visibly dirty. At that point, after already waiting so long, I chose not to complain & just tried to enjoy the meal.
Our server was kind, apologetic, & clearly doing her best. She even offered to remove three $7 juices from our bill because of the excessive wait. However, when the manager came to the table, instead of handling the situation professionally, he approached us aggressively & immediately asked,'What's the problem?' in a rude & confrontational tone - despite the fact that I had never asked to speak to a manager.
The situation became even more uncomfortable when the server explained that SHE was the one who offered the discount, & the manager proceeded to argue with her in front of us & the entire restaurant. It was incredibly unprofessional, embarrassing for the employee, & extremely uncomfortable as a customer to witness. No employee deserves to be spoken to that way publicly, especially by management.
To make matters worse, after humiliating his own staff member in front of customers, he only removed two drinks from the bill instead of the three that had originally been promised. At that point, we were so uncomfortable we just paid & left without arguing further.
For such a large & well-known restaurant chain, this level of disrespect, poor management, & lack of professionalism is shocking. The only positive part of the experience was the server, who genuinely tried her best in an obviously stressful environment. Unfortunately, the manager completely ruined what was supposed to be a special Mother's Day breakfast with family.
I do not recommend this place at all & will definitely not be returning.
Visited last week. & I was extremely disappointed. The service was horrible. We sat down & we didn't received an acknowledgement past 5 minutes. Put our beverage order & our coffee was served 10 minutes after we placed the order. A number of minutes passed by before the waitress came back to take our food order. The waitress completely put the wrong order , so I end up eating something I didn't ordered. On top of her mistake, instead of apologizing, she tried to blame the cook for her mistake.
A really really bad experience, my suggestion is, go get breakfast somewhere else

Wow! Best breakfast I've had in a long time!! Bravo!! Everything was delicious & well made!! Tasted homemade, with lots of seasoning. Eggs were great & fresh, sausage & bacon were good, crepes & pancakes with real maple syrup, awesome! Good smoothie & coffee!! Awesone friendly service too!! I look forward to coming here again! 5 stars!
L'Oeufrier Saint-Sauveur is a gem! This family-run breakfast spot is an absolute must when visiting St. Sauveur. The service was flawless, the food delicious, & everything impeccably clean. From the warm welcome to the final bite, it was a fantastic experience. Highly recommend stopping by for a memorable meal-you won't be disappointed!
