We came a few years back, wasn't our favourite. But the other breakfast places in the area were very busy today so we stopped here as there were plenty of tables. Waitress was very kind however service was slow & a hour in waiting for our food I finally asked why there was such a long wait. Was told the kitchen was short staffed & they were working on the large party at another table. Would have been nice to have been notified. Our table & a family of 4 next to us had to wait about an hour before receiving our food. All in all we remembered why we don't frequent this place.

Table for 4, service is extremely slow, not a packed restaurant to'blame' it has on that.
My coffee was refilled 45 minutes after we sat down. It has now been 50 minutes, food is not out yet.
This is not acceptable, nobody has even told us why our food is so late.
I can understand & accept if we are advised, but nothing...

Nourriture pas fraîche. Nous n'irons plus a cette endroit en étant autant mal reçu. Une gestion du restaurant visiblement exécrable, qui traite ses employés de manière hautaine & dégradante.

Essayé cette nouvelle place, c'est plus petit alors c'est très bruyant a l'heure de lunch! On a essayé les minis brioches & c'est bon mais ca a pris plus que 20min pour ces brioches déjà faits! Les cafés ne sont pas réchauffés automatiquement & il faut appeler pour en avoir! Les serveuses sont gentilles mais pas d'expériences!
L'ambiance est vraiment achalandée !

Great breakfast spot! We were seated right away with no wait, & the staff was super friendly. There's also plenty of parking, which is a big plus.
A couple of things to note: it got a bit busy, & we waited over 15 minutes before our order was taken (we were just two adults & a child). It might help if the busgirls could also help serve coffee when things get hectic - a few customers were left waiting for a coffee refill.
Overall though, the service was very good, & our waitress was especially kind & welcoming. I think they might have just been a little understaffed that day. Still, we enjoyed our meal & would come back!

Excellent service a matin par notre serveuse. Café excellent , leur poutine déjeuner wow une révélation la hollandaise est très bonne. Sérieusement très bon pour le prix plus qu' abordable

On a toujours une belle expérience lorsqu'on vient ici, le déjeuner est excellent & généreux & le service est tes bon. Le service de Sofie est très agréable, merci!

Très bonne chaîne de restaurants mais dans celui-ci le service était très long !! & pourtant nous étions 6 en salle

Pas de musique,pas d'ambiance ....Le service ok sans plus la bouffe ok aussi mais pas de fla fla comme ailleurs pour embellir l' assiette vraiment le minimum....vraiment déçue quand on connait la bannière L Oeufrier. Première & dernière fois pour nous à ce restaurant.

Food was good but it was extremely noisy & slow service. Prices are reasonable but they charge extra for coffee!

Just had breakfast for Mothers Day with my wife. I highly recommend this beautiful little breakfast spot. The food was outstanding & service is spot on. The waitress came to see us multiple times to make sure all was good & ask if we needed anything. The atmosphere is very friendly & family friendly too. Prices are very reasonable able. Great place, great food, great people.
