Nous sommes acceuillis par un employé qui parle seulement anglais, nous mentionne ne pas parler français. Peu de places assises. Une seule toilette pour homme qui est restée verrouillée durant tout notre repas.
Plus comme avant; ça fait qqs années qu'on va manger chez l'Ouefrier Ste Do & on aimait bien les plats & le service, & le fait de soutenir une entreprise québecoise… depuis le changement de direction la qualité & la fraicheur des plats n'est plus là (fruits, salade pas frais, toast guacamole très peu garni etc) & le service est mediocre donc je pense qu'on ira plus.
Staff is friendly, food is always good, I've not been disappointed with any dishes I've tried so far. One of our favorite breakfast spots in our area.
The line is always a little long though, & calling to put your name on the waitlist seems to be something they only do to appease callers (we've done so twice & got to the door where no one was taking names & there was no list)
Update: men's restroom needs attention, floors are sticky, there was a dangling electrical wire from the ceiling & the urinal doesn't flush. Meanwhile, the ad panel in there has never once been off of seemed to malfunction.
I previously enjoyed dining there, but unfortunately, under the new ownership, my recent experience was disappointing. I consistently order the Benedict with ham & cheese, yet I received a dish with barely any of the ham just a few shredded pieces . The ambiance also appears to have deteriorated since the change . Furthermore, I was unable to order a tisane or tea,like I always do I was told they don't carry them any more beside mint flavor, when I requested lemon for my water, it was not provided any since they they don't have any . The service was unprofessional compared to what I experienced in the past. However, I would like to extend my gratitude to Violeta, the young waitress who served us; she was diligent in her service despite being the only staff member attending to everyone.

If you want to order L'Oeufrier on UberEats, think again. This is how our breakfast arrived. Eggs smothered in Nutella. You would think that maybe their packaging would have separators? Or a different type of box for the pancakes so that Nutella doesn't get everywhere? It doesn't take a genius to realize your packaging option is not suited for the food you're delivering. & although we paid 5$ extra for priority delivery, everything in this box was ice cold & disgusting.

Je suis venue avec amies fière de leur faire connaître un bel endroit avec nos enfants mais honnêtement j ai été reçu avec indifférence aucune sympathie aucun sourire

Nous sommes arrivés vers 11h15, nous avons dû demandé qu'on nous serve du café. Les premières assiettes ont été servies vers 12h30. À 12h50, je n'avais toujours pas reçu mon assiette. Comme tous les autres achevait leur repas, j'ai annulé ma commande. Personne n'est venu à la table pour s'informer si tout allait bien ou pour du café. Au final, on m'a crédité le café de 1,25$ pour l'inconvénient. Pire expérience resto à vie!
Nous etions 20 personnes. Une reservation faite 2 semaines auparavant. La table etait pas prete. Les assiettes sont arrivées une a une. Certaines personnes ont ete servis 45 minutes apres la premiere servie. Mauvaise experience all togethe

I usually love l'Oeufrier, but this location has been a bad experience. The egg benedict usually comes on English muffin, so we didn't specify we wanted it that & the server never asked. So when the order came, it was on Première Moisson bread instead of English muffin, which was very annoying. We still ate it because we didn't want to cause any trouble. The server also never came to check if everything was ok or if we needed anything else. They need to train their staff better.
Tea & coffee are extra.
It's a small breakfast restaurant, & long line out the door. Always arrive early to get a table. There's more parking available at the back.
The staff are friendly but the service is a bit slow. Took 20 to get our drinks, which is coffee & tea. But they forgot the cups for the tea.
We used to love this restaurant. However, we went today & the experience was horrible. Long wait for the waiters ro get the order. Then what we ordered she came ro tell us they did have it anymore therefore we ordered something else & was disgusting. One small crepe with strawberries no English cream nothing was super dry & cold. I had almost finished my plate & the other person & still did not get her plate. We will never go back.
They apparently have new cooks but the food still doesnt come out good. The new owner is always hiring & firing different people but no difference. Poor management is what I experienced & also read from other reviews so far.
Malheureusement mon commentaire sera négatif à l'égard de cet endroit. Je suis arrivé là à 8h30, il n'y avait aucun client à l'intérieur & à 8h45, personne n'était encore venu me voir même pas pour m'offrir un café. Déplorable!
