Looks can be deceiving
You walk in Hostess is kind, it looks top notch
But it goes down hill from there
It's 9:43 you just came back from an amazing show the lady says you have 2 mins to order
The manager is upset (why did the host say it was fine to order kitchen last order is 9:45)

You sit you speak French cause you are in fact French but the waiter with thick French accent will only respond in English

The food comes husband ask waiter what is in this dish pointing at where sour cream should be waiter says I have no idea let me check comes back 3-5 mins later says oh sir that the cream cheese
Well I grab a menu & see it's blue cheese which my husband hates with a passion
He's already put it in his mouth

Ok focaccia comes out looks like burnt toast as I'm eating my delicious duck confit poutine
I tell the First Lady this isn't focaccia its dry & burned she says eat it & I won't charge you anything
I said I don't want something for free really but she insists saying just eat it I won't charge you
So I agree with not charging cause we will not it or enjoy this
She says ok
The waiter comes insist on bringing the oil he forgot for it , I don't want it it's been 10 mins the burned toast are cold I will not enjoy so manager comes & say this is the focaccia I ask does it always look like this she & waiter say that they have no idea
Get the bill & they still charged for it
We didn't want it
& we left it on table still tipped as it's the principle of the matter but definitely will not go or recommend this restaurant I will add two pictures what we got & what we expected you be the judge
Quelle déception.
A ce prix, & en période des fêtes, on s'attendait à beaucoup mieux & surtout plus de raffinement dans les présentations. Les réchauds sont mélangés sans tenir compte des thématiques des plats. Le poulet pané avait pratiquement que de la panure. Le jambon à l'érable était tendre. Pour le reste, très ordinaire. Nous n'y retournerons pas. Notre serveur était poli. Nous avons dû faire nettoyer notre table car préalablement mal essuyée (résidus collants). Vraiment trop cher pour la qualité des produits.
Brunch de Noël absolument fantastique. Tous les mets offerts sont frais, la nourriture est succulente & les choix sont très variés. Notre serviteur, Graziano, est une personne extraordinaire & d'une personnalité exceptionnelle. C'est la deuxième année qu'il s'occupe du service à notre table. Bravo 👏
Lloyd pulls off the great holiday buffets to celebrate Christmas, Easter, & Mother's Day. They may be the last of the fine dining buffets in Canada. Food is always great with wide variety catering to every taste & diet. Kudos for presentation & taste.
During buffets, service is a little slower. I think my server had 45 covers to manage which is huge.
Lloyd is the place to visit for celebrations.
Definitely would have given 5 stars if the Irish Coffee came with cream....pretty sure it melted while I was waiting for it.

Wow, I absolutely loved the service, especially Graziano, atmosphere, & food 😍! The côte de boeuf had an absolutely stunning flavor-it's truly blasting my taste buds! I just closed my eyes to savor it. This place definitely exceeded my expectations!
At first glance, it seemed like there weren't many options, but it actually offers a wide variety of high-quality choices. By the way, I didn't even add any sauce to the côte de boeuf-it tastes amazing on its own!
A true high-class chef, with an environment far better than RH (wannabe). The service is on another level too. Highly recommended!

Avocado toast was really really good. Full avocado, poached eggs, arugula. Well done. Exactly what was needed.
We went to the restaurant several times during our stay, & from the very beginning, we were warmly welcomed by Graziano. We enjoyed delicious meals thanks to his recommendations.

Le lieu est magnifique, très propre. Le service est impeccable. Cependant, le buffet du brunch est déçevant sur certains points que nous n'avons pas apprécier. Beaucoup de choix variée. Nous n'y retournerons pas, mais bon pour un'once in a lifetime'
We are at Lloyd's & were lucky to be seated in Graziano's section. Couldn't ask for someone better to take care of our group all night! Great company, great service, & a lot of fun!
