I'm so glad that we discovered les trois monkeys on a cold day in winter! It's a fun place to spend some time with your friends & family. We went there on Thursday & it wasn't crowded & we didn't have to wait on the lines. There are plenty of activities that you can do, including bowling, mini golf, lots of arcade games, & claw machines with gorgeous toys inside (we couldn't win any tho) & you get to choose your prize based on your earned points (yesss you can still win something even with not much points earned) Ps: they have a Double Points Wednesdays rewarding program going on right now! Nous sommes venus aujourd'hui passé un moment en famille. Je dois dire que je suis trés surprise par ce complexe du divertissement : jeu d'arcade, bowling, laser Games , coin restaurant ,.... Il y a beaucoup de diversité & les lieux sont propres . Un petit point négatif sur les jeux de pinces légèrement vides ou avec de peluches qui s'éffilochent Nous avons eu un très bon accueil par une jeune femme qui se prénomme Houria, elle nous a donne un service à la clientèle exceptionnel. Elle a pris le temp de nous expliquer les règles de chaques jeux , nous a guider pour notre première journée dans ce palais du divertissement... Nous sommes venus une première fois faire une partie de laser game dans cet établissement , la personne qui nous accueillie était pas très professionnelle & blasé de son travail. Aujourd'hui c'est la deuxième fois qu'on vient dans cet établissement pour faire aussi une partie de laser tag & nous avons été accueillis par une jeune fille souriante qui a pris le temps de nous expliquer & de rendre notre expérience exceptionnel avec un service à la clientèle parfait. Cette jeune fille s'appelle Houria, nous nous sommes permis de lui demander son nom car c'est la première fois qu'on a un service aussi hallucinant, merci à elle.Voir plus
Overall we had lots of fun. A bit expensive but having a huge downtown location costs money so understandable. What I hated were the nachos. It was a giant plate of COLD nachos with crappy cheese sauce & sour cream. First of all, why cold nachos? They were terrible! & there was so much cheese sauce & sour cream on it that the whole thing became a horribly tasting mushy mess. If you're going to serve cold nachos at least put the sauces in a bowl on the side. Second of all, where was the salsa? If you're serving cold nachos, at least also include salsa. A bunch of tomatoes does not a salsa make! Thirdly, why just one size. The platter was so huge that the 5 of us barely ate half of it. The table next to us with 5 or 6 people also left a half eaten platter. Maybe the fact that it was cold & gross had something to do with it. Both us & the next table were surprised when we took our first bite & discovered the nachos were cold. They even asked us if our nachos were cold too! After all, what restaurant sells you a $20+ platter of cold nachos? Lastly, both tables had to ask for napkins! Who brings you nachos & doesn't think about bringing napkin? & then repeat the same mistake when the next table orders the same terrible nachos. Big fail.Voir plus

I came to try the Pump It Up Arcade dance machine there, & I liked it. There's actually 2 machines there, so both beginner & experienced players would be able to play without having a long line. I played on the left machine, & the 10 panel buttons seemed to be responsive, which was great. The arcade occupy most of the 2nd floor of Les Cours Mont-Royal mall so you'll less likely to miss it & it's 3 minutes from Peel station from the Montreal Metro. The place is also connected to other malls in downtown Montreal so you won't be concerned about the weather outside.Voir plus
I am kind of surprised at all of the negative reviews. While I agree that the service is slow in the restaurant - I have found all the staff to be extremely friendly. I love the 3 games package for the kids - this takes about 90 minutes to complete with younger kids & longer if you have a larger group. That is a lot of entertainment for under $35 each kid. Bowling, Mini-Golf, Laser Tag & 3D Darts. The arcade games are fun & the kids like to play those too. I like to sprinkle a game or two between the package games. As for the restaurant, first, you can get service & food throughout the space, so I prefer to order just before we do the bowling. Get a big mixed platter & just everyone can dig in. It isn't a ton of food, but it is affordable & greasy & belongs in the bowling alley! For a downtown spot, they have some awesome drink specials, meals specials & more. So, the adults can do a little adulting too! Overall, while there is room for improvement, I find it a great place to spend time with the kids & family. It isn't too loud, there is plenty of space, you could lounge if you like in one of the many open spots to chill out. We easily spend about 3-4 hours here & per kid spend about $50 maybe $60.Voir plus

We wanted to go bowling last night, so we tried calling & no one picks up, then we tried going on the website & it's written on the website "Please note, reservations are for groups of 12+. Walk-ins for smaller groups are welcome, & we'll do our best to accommodate". There was no accommodation whatsoever. They said we should've reserved & that it would take hours & it would be too complicated for us to play bowling. We gave up & decided to play mini putt. We had some issues with the points that wouldn't add up because its an electronic putting that is suposed to cound your point, so we went & asked if it could be corrected, the same guy let out a huge sigh as if I was a big annoyance instead of a customer... & said it's a technical issue there's nothing I can do. A person like that should not be working in the amusement sector. The staff at the bar was much nicer. Would rather keep going to the other bowling alleys I know.Voir plus
