Great food, decent price, the only usual problem is the service. Delivery driver giving us sh*t for not answering the door on his first "knock", however he was thudding the door, not actually knocking so it was impossible to hear until he started smashing on the door. Passive aggressiveness is common at this place, but the food is worth it (sometimes).
The girl on the phone is rude & they don't accommodate for any changes
Après avoir téléphoné pour une livraison, on me mentionne que l,attente sera de 45 min... Long mais j'accepte
Au bout de 45 min, je reçois un appel qui me mentionne que ma situation géographique ne rentre pas dans la zone géographique de livraison! Comme si ils n'auraient pas pu me le dire lors du premier appel!
Je propose de marcher 15 min pour rentrer dans cette fameuse zone géographique & même si le plat est prêt & chaud, la personne refuse & me raccroche au nez!
Awful!! I have been disappointed few times by this place. Their service isn't better. I called to let them know they forgot part of my order & the food was disgusting, they pretty much told me to deal with it.
Never again.
The food was terrible. The service is even worst. The employees dont know what customer service is...
They should teach their employees about the importance of treating customers. I will never visit this place again.
A fellow grosse bedaine & I order delivery for 2 approx 1-2 per month. If you can spend 40$ tax in between two adults & not have leftovers seek help!
The woman who usually takes the orders when you call directly & not through "just eat" is efficient but friendly. (Have a good idea of what you would like to order before you call)
They will allow you to substitute most items on the combo menus for for a nominal charge (usually 2-3$)No half orders!
Delivery times are usually very quick.(30 mins Max)
The quality is amazing!! no chewy beef or general tao fatballs that I've had delivered from reputable establishments that charge twice as much.
They have yet to mess up an order or forget anything in what I would estimate to be at least 25-30 orders placed.
Absolutely no complaints.
