I keep reading negative comments about this place,how everything is organic but either there is bugs 🐛 or rotteting fast, well of course! Fresh organic things with no artificial ingredients in them might expired faster or you might find a bug,it's kinda of good sigh because now you know they don't make the products with crap ! Fully accessible with disabled parking & accessible washrooms.
TAU has an excellent selection of vegan & vegetarian options, as well as organic & gluten free foods at a variety of price points. I find them competitive with the large scale grocery stores but with healthier, local brands. Additionally, they have supplements & other nutritional products on site. Definitely a favourite shop of mine for groceries & more!Voir plus
