This store should get its act together with their staff. It is a privilege to have a job, but one would not know it with some of the workers at this store.
I was there this past Thursday at around 915 am, hardly a busy time, & the sole cashier was tremendously rude to the customers. No hello, no thank you, a mean stare down while you packed your groceries. Seriously?
There are lots of other options to shop in Montreal's West Island. Shame on the management here that allows such rudeness.

'Overall, the store looked clean & inviting, & the service in the bulk nuts section was absolutely outstanding-this young Italian muscular knowledgeable associate who helped me mostly . He gave personalized, nutrition?focused advice & was very polite. On the other hand, some of the fruit & vegetable items seemed past their prime. I'd love to see fresher produce consistently, especially in visible, accessible display areas.'

It's my favorite for healthy or less healthy vegan stuff. It's very expensive, some of the items can be found a couple of bucks cheaper at stores nearby but they also have rarer items so I'll always keep going back.

Fully accessible with disabled parking & accessible washrooms.
TAU has an excellent selection of vegan & vegetarian options, as well as organic & gluten free foods at a variety of price points. I find them competitive with the large scale grocery stores but with healthier, local brands. Additionally, they have supplements & other nutritional products on site. Definitely a favourite shop of mine for groceries & more!

I went into this place couple days ago & it smelled pretty good. I asked one of one the workers there what the smell was & I was told it was lemongrass. Pretty obsessed with the scent of it to be honest. I went out of my own way to go visit some stores to try to find the same thing they were using. Became pretty much a staple for me to use. Very nice place 😊😊 LOVE the scent
