'Overall, the store looked clean & inviting, & the service in the bulk nuts section was absolutely outstanding-this young Italian muscular knowledgeable associate who helped me mostly . He gave personalized, nutrition?focused advice & was very polite. On the other hand, some of the fruit & vegetable items seemed past their prime. TAU has an excellent selection of vegan & vegetarian options, as well as organic & gluten free foods at a variety of price points. I find them competitive with the large scale grocery stores but with healthier, local brands. Additionally, they have supplements & other nutritional products on site. Definitely a favourite shop of mine for groceries & more!View more
