We booked on line a table for 4 & when we arrived, we were seated at the bar with a number of tables for 4 available. My steak frites was lukewarm & tough, since we were heading to a concert, I didn't want to send it back. Overall, disappointing. Bartender was nice though.
J'ai pris la bavette. Les frites étaient délicieux mais j'avais demandé médium pour ma bavette & elle était bien cuite & peu goûteuse.
Café brésilien, froid.
Mon copain a pris le burger de poulet croustillant & c'était sans plus.
L'endroit est très jolie malgré qu'il soit maintenant au rez de chaussée.
Le service était correct.
J'y retournerais plus pour l'apéro
This was my first time dining at Les Enfants Terribles since they moved to their new location & it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Service was excellent & the food was exceptional. I had the Steak Frites, which was cooked to perfection, & I ordered with extra chimicurri sauce, which was delicious. My group & I ordered three desserts to share - pouding chomeur, chocolate mousse, & creme brulee - & each one was exceptional (my favorite was the mousse). My group was there for a business lunch & it was the first time that we were able to order, eat the main meal, & enjoy dessert & coffee, within 90 minutes (without rushing), so service was extremely efficient. I look forward to my next visit!
I had an absolutely lovely experience at this restaurant today. I started with the oysters, which were beautifully presented-briny & perfectly shucked. For my main, I had the steak frites, & it was just what I was hoping for: tender, flavorful steak cooked exactly to my liking, paired with golden, crispy fries that were addictive in the best way.
The atmosphere was relaxed yet refined, & the service was friendly & attentive without being overbearing. It's clear that quality & care go into everything they do here. I'll definitely be coming back-& bringing friends next time!

Poutine a la cuisse de canard
& c'est incontestablement la meilleur qu'on ai pu manger a montreal ! & pourtant nous en avons goûter beaucoup & permis les mieux notées !
Le canard est cuit parfaitement, la sauce, le Fromages & les frites parfaites. Rien a dire ! L'ambiance est excellente & personnel accueillant & attentionné. Même pour prendre un simple verre les boissons sont de qualité a prix raisonnable.
En droit a faire & a voir absolument
La seule chose qui pourrait être dites c'est le prix d'un repas complet mais au vu de la qualité des plats & du services ca n'est même pas un défaut
Bel endroit de la place Ville-Marie. Le personnel était accueillant. Au moment où nous sommes arrivés, il n'y avait pas foule dans le restaurent, une quinzaine de table. Toutefois, nous avons attendu presque 20 minutes avant qu'on prenne notre commande de drink & 35 minutes avant de recevoir nos entrées (huîtres & soupe à l'oignon) mes huîtres étaient bonne. La soupe à l'oignon de mon conjoint semblait bonne mais n'était pas chaude selon lui. Limite tiède. Nos plats principaux étaient bon. Steak frites bien saignant. Sommes toute, c'était un bon repas mais qui aura pris 95 minutes en tout & que nous avons dû mangé rapidement puisque nous allions voir un spectacle. Il y avait pourtant beaucoup d'employés sur le plancher. 3 personnes à l'accueil, 2-3 serveurs sur le terrain avec plusieurs suiteurs & bossboy/bossgirl. Je recommande de prévoir 2h pour un repas. Notre serveuse Audrey était sympathique mais semblait avoir le plus grand des tables à servir.

Oh là, là que c'est bruyant comme resto !7 Nous étions 4 pour le repas du midi. Le restaurant était complet. Le service est vraiment très lent, mais sympathique. Le serveur n'était pas très attentif lorsqu'il a donné la commande à la cuisine. Deux personnes ont demandé de ne pas avoir de chou tant dans le hamburger au poulet (qui est très bon) qu'en salade d'accompagnement. & bien, il y en avait dans les deux assiettes ! Malheureusement, les frites étaient froides. L'assiette du jour, du boudin, était excellente. Les portions sont généreuses. Le pouding chômeur, servi avec une boule de crème glacée, & ce, dans un bol à soupe a trop trainé avant d'être servi, la crème glacée avait fondue & s'était mélangé avec la sauce accompagnant le pouding. Le prix des desserts est exorbitant. Nous sommes sortis avec une belle facture !!! Première & dernière fois pour nous.
Le plat de boeuf choisi était assez bon, toutefois, 2 carottes & 4 petites pomme de terre grelot (presque crues) comme accompagnement était assez décevant. Les portions en général m'ont semblé plus petites lors de cette visite. Impossible de remplacer les pommes de terre par des frites par exemple. Presque 75$ par personne avec 1 entrée partagée, 2 plats & 2 cocktail. Le serveur semblait pressé. Prends ma commande & je dois lui dire de revenir, car j'avais des questions sur le menu. Ensuite débarrasse nos assiettes en nous ne demandant pas si on voulait apportez les restants (pour ceux ayant un plus petit appétit). C'était pour un souper d'anniversaire. Le serveur apporte le gâteau alors que la moitié de la table était aux toilettes ou sorti prendre l'air. En bref, bonne ambiance au resto depuis qu'ils sont à leur nouvel emplacement au rez-de-chaussée. Je vais probablement revenir pour donner une autre chance, peut-être qu'il s'agissait seulement d'une mauvaise soirée.
Enjoyable dinner had here. Prices are a little high for the quality of food, but the service & the restaurant itself were quite nice. Duck confit poutine was delightful, steak & frites were under seasoned & slightly over temperature on the steak cook.

J'ai adoré mon expérience chez Les Enfants Terribles. Le steak & frites ainsi que la macreuse de boeuf cuite 12 heures étaient délicieux. Le service était rapide & courtois. Le restaurant est propre, lumineux & agréable. Je recommande vivement !
Nice location with floor-to-ceiling views of the Ring installation at Esplanade Place Ville Marie. The space is bright & airy, with comfortable seating. Service was friendly & attentive. It was a nicer establishment, so we had a good meal, but were comfortable bringing our children, especially because the restaurant offered a good kids' menu. We ordered salmon tartare, the goat & beet salad, & steak frites to share, along with chocolate pie for dessert. Everything was portioned well, so we definitely didn't leave hungry. We were able to take a nice stroll in the esplanade afterwards, which was also nice.
Great views, OK food. Service was slow but got the orders right. Steak frites orders were good but nothing special. Octopus tasted like it had been frozen. Caesar salad portion was large. Come here for the views & expect good, but not great, food - & it's pricey for what you're eating.
A friend wanted a beautiful, scenic place to catch up, & this is where we were lucky enough to go. The staff was very accommodating, attentive, & helpful (my French is terrible, & they were quite kind). The menu is impressive with a number of highlights like black pudding & beef cheek, but I went for the steak frites. We had a side of blue cheese, which was delicious, but foie gras would have been perfect! Dinner was delicious, & the views are spectacular! I'd strongly suggest reservations-especially during a sunset dinner/drinks & appies.
