Service très aimable, mais un peu dépassé & un peu long. La nourriture est correcte mais un peu chère & un peu trop salée. Le cuisinier ne sait pas vraiment ce qu'est un steak médium, il a eu tendance à nous faire des bavettes très saignantes.

Bien. Stratégie élaboré pour avoir plus de pourboire. Le serveur est arriver avec 12 huitres qund nous en avons commander 6. Ils nous ont offert les 6 autres gratuitement, mais on a tout de meme eu l'impression de se faire flatté dans le sens du poil. Affichage du pourboire à 18%, allant jusqu'à 30%. Il y des limites a vouloir nous prendre notre argent. Dispendieux pour qqchose de bien ordinaire.
C'était notre troisième visite en un an. Cette fois-ci, le service était lent. Les pains servis en panier étaient durs comme de la roche. La portion d'houmous en entrée était ridiculement petite.
Par contre, les tartares étaient, comme lors des visites précédentes, excellents & généreux. Notre serveur, quoique sympathique, semblait assez perdu. Merci. Peut-être à une prochaine.
Devrait interdir les ado mal elever car aucune avertissement quand ils se tenaient près de notre table & criait c est très désagréable! Service très lent se sont excuser en nous offrant 3- 4 dessert à partager quand finalement ils nous en ont offert seulement 1 à partager a 4 très décevant! Serveur ne sert pas souvent eau mais très insistant pr retirer assiette au point que je d entre nous a failli se fsire retirer son assiette qiand il en restait la moitié soit disant car il trouvait que ça faisait 1 moment qu elle avait pas prit une bouchée! Parcontre nourriture très bonne
Benjamin's & William were superb. The manager that did not want credit for our amazing experience ensured our part of 20+ at individual tables received the best experience I felt like I was the only table in the room.
Compared to & in Ouremont, where we usually go. The Laval location is VERY loud. Music wise & noise level wise. It makes hard for conversation. So, we'll go back to Outremont.

Food was not bad, just nothing special. Service took forever! Takes 40 minutes for them to realize you finished eating & pick up your plates for the next course, when the food comes they have no idea for which table. It looked like if none of them had ever worked in the service industry.
La nourriture n'était pas mauvaise, juste rien de spécial. Le service était interminable ! Il leur a fallu 40 minutes pour se rendre compte qu'on avait fini de manger & venir débarrasser les assiettes pour le plat suivant. Quand la nourriture arrive, ils ne savent même pas pour quelle table c'est. On aurait dit que personne n'avait jamais travaillé dans la restauration.
Servers could be better trained - DO NOT pick up someone's plate if that person is still eating. The service could definitely be improved: had to call waiter a few times to get a check on previously ordered drinks/food. It was not easy to get the waiters attention since they were busy discussing other stuffs…
After table was cleared, waiter brought the dessert menu, didn't even bother to check if we wanted to order ( a good 15 mins have passed) so We ended up paying & left.
