Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été charmés par l'endroit. Une architecture moderne, une ambiance recherchée & une cuisine délicieuse. Mention spéciale à la crème de champignons, qui était tout simplement incroyable, ainsi qu'au magnifique plateau de desserts que nous avons eu la chance de découvrir en soirée. Étant d'origine italienne, je peux vous dire que tout était delizioso! 🤌🏼🇮🇹
Mais ce qui nous a réellement marqués, mon meilleur ami & moi, c'est l'équipe derrière cette belle adresse. Il y a une chaleur, une énergie & une authenticité qui se ressentent dès qu'on entre. On sent que ce sont des gens qui prennent réellement le temps avec leur clientèle, qui s'intéressent aux gens & qui créent naturellement un lien avec eux. C'est ce côté humain & personnalisé qui rend l'expérience encore plus spéciale. On ne se sent pas simplement comme des clients, on se sent véritablement accueillis.

Couldn't tell you how the food was because we sat down for breakfast & for 25 mins no server even filled our water & coffee - let alone placing the order. Deeply disappointed as people who came after us were served & they were right beside us.

I have several allergies (the primary ones being dairy, eggs, & gluten), & I understand that accommodating them can be difficult. That being said, it's been a long time since I received such poor service. I gave the waiter a printed list of my allergies. He checked with the kitchen & confirmed that they could prepare a simple steak + salad. The salad they brought out was completely covered in cheese (the waiter confirmed it was definitely cheese). I was then told they had lost my allergy card, so I hand wrote a new one. The waiter then informed me that the kitchen in fact COULDN'T make me a salad. This surprised me, as I would have been very happy with a simple salad of leaves + balsamic dressing (or even olive oil). He said they could instead do fries (he had previously told me that the fries weren't gluten free as they are prepared on a shared fryer). The fries were brought out suspiciously quickly (perhaps they were gluten free & perhaps not), with a side of aioli (which contains egg). At this point, I decided I didn't feel comfortable eating any of the meal. I was told the steak sauce would be fine as it was a simple peppercorn sauce, but since peppercorn sauce usually contains dairy & since the kitchen had messed up two other items so far & lost my allergy card I didn't want to take the risk. I will unfortunately not be dining here again, though they did kindly comp my drink, & I found the ambience & decor to be quite nice. My friends were also unimpressed with the fairly slow service & found their meals to be decent but not exceptional.
The food & service here was amazing, especially the smoked salmon egg Benedict & the pancakes were prepared & were absolutely delicious & Is by far THE best restaurant I've been to ever all my life.
I had a nice experience at this restaurant, although it was definitely on the quieter side. If you're looking for a lively atmosphere, this may not be the best fit. It's also on the pricier side, so I'm not entirely convinced the value matches the cost, but the food was very good & I enjoyed all of the dishes we ordered.
The service was attentive & friendly, & overall the meal was enjoyable. While I'm still undecided on whether I would return, I'm glad I gave it a try. If you haven't been before & are looking for a relaxed, quieter dining experience, it's certainly worth a visit. We dined here on a Friday night.
