We had such a lovely time! The food was great & the service excellent! The tartelette au citron is a must!View more
Had brunch there. Ordered the popular pain perdu (which I had had a year before) it was good but they changed the recipe & instead of vanilla ice cream & caramel sauce topping (like it used to be) it's now a mountain of bananas with chocolate & maple syrup. Really didn't enjoy this change as much. But the brioche bread was still very good! Underwhelming experience but still pleasant. Not sure if I would still recommend, though.View more
Excellent food & service. Wait staff didn't rush us at all. Very pleasantView more
Mussels from Nova Scotia were disappointing -smallish & probably out of season even though the flavour & sauce were a good attempt. In such a reputed establishment as this, the waitress could have told us of the true condition of the mussels at ordering. Likewise, the mushroom ravioli sauce seemed over-reduced & sticky without any aroma of funghi.View more

This Montreal gem offers an elevated brunch experience while maintaining a warm, inviting atmosphere. The space strikes a perfect balance between cozy & french traditional restaurant a place where comfort is at the forefront but the touches of elegance never feel out of place. It's the kind of restaurant where you feel at home, yet pampered, which is no easy feat. We gathered as a group of eight for brunch, & every detail, from the food to the service, was meticulously crafted. The highlight of our meal was undoubtedly the Norwegian platter, featuring fish so fresh it seemed to have come straight from the sea to the table. The prawns were succulent, & the accompanying vegetables & salad added a refreshing, vibrant contrast. The Egg Benedict & Pain Perdu were also standouts, each dish executed with care & attention to detail. The finesse was undeniable-every bite revealed a layer of thoughtfulness, from the presentation to the flavors. Service matched the quality of the food. The staff was attentive & accommodating, seamlessly navigating the needs of a larger group without missing a beat. Their warmth & attentiveness added to the overall experience, making it feel as though the restaurant was made for intimate moments & gatherings alike. If you're searching for an exceptional brunch spot in Montreal, this is undoubtedly a must-visit. In fact, if we weren't leaving the city today, we'd already be planning our return visit for tomorrow's brunch. It's that good-a meal worth repeating.View more
Went as a group of 5 & had an okay time. Oysters were phenomenal, the Avril Sour was delicious, the duck leg was quite good, but the cut of steak we had for the steak frite was extremely chewy & not enjoyable. Served seemed to have been sat a large section near the end of our night & was unable to be attentive to our table.View more
Came on a weekend brunch for the their blinis with poached eggs & house smoked salmon. Been taking that dish for the past 10+ yrs. Served with buttered baguette & homemade jam. Excellent service. Consistent quality throughout the years!View more
Loved meeting my friend for brunch here. Great service & delicious food. We were incredibly lucky with the weather & enjoyed our time catching up & people watching on the terrace.View more
View more
