My parents & I spent a week in Montréal & our favorite meal was dinner at Leméac. The service, the location, & of course, the cuisine, were all divine. I particularly enjoyed the mushroom & asparagus risotto & the famous pain perdu dessert (MUST try). I was also really impressed with the menu & its variety, almost everything was of interest.

What better way to spend a beautiful day in Montreal than with a spectacular lunch at Lemeac? My wife & I had reservations for lunch & were seated in a cozy area on their patio. The place was bustling, but it really had an intimate feel. Right on the street. The menu was French, but with a little bit of a twist. The escargot, for example, was in a rich, light green sauce that was just the best way to serve them. No snail shells flying out of those tools they give you. Just great escargot, floating in this wonderful sauce. Our entrees were perfect, wine & beer cold & dessert was special. Their location is great as well & talking a walk afterward will help burn the calories!

I've been a loyal client for over a decade, & I can genuinely say this is the best restaurant & establishment in Montreal.. & I don't say that lightly.

What keeps me coming back week after week is the consistency. The service is always professional, the atmosphere is effortlessly classy, & every member of the staff makes you feel genuinely welcome. Even the understated, elegant décor adds to the experience.

I've celebrated so many milestones & special moments here over the years that it truly feels like a second home. It's one of those rare places where you can sit for 3 or 4 hours, completely unbothered, enjoying great food, wonderful company, & forgetting about the outside world.

Thank you to the entire team for the care, hospitality, & consistently exceptional experience you provide. Montreal is lucky to have this little haven.

This is a true, unique, montreal experience. I love this place, the staff is so nice, the food is AMAZING, & you will not find anything bad on the menu. This is a true chef kiss.

I took my mom for brunch here as she saw a video of their French toast, it was good. The other brunch items were basic & not worth the price.

The service wasn't good. We felt like we were annoying the waitress. Our table was set with a dirty napkin & plate, we also weren't checked on until we were almost done, & didn't get water refilled without asking whereas the table next to us was constantly tended to.

I think there are better places out there for brunch especially in terms of service.
