Favorite donut in the world! I love the fresh donut & the savour are delicious, my favourite is the passion fruit & the Boston cream! I will make a detour to get some donuts!

**Very disappointing experience**

I purchased a Too Good To Go surprise basket, with pickup scheduled for 15:10-15:30. At 14:58, while I was already on my way & had taken the subway to get there, the store cancelled my order.

I went to the store anyway, hoping to understand what had happened. The shelves were empty & the store was closing, even though I was there during the scheduled pickup time. When I expressed my disappointment, the staff responded with hostility, telling me that Too Good To Go orders are'not guaranteed,' that I should have paid full price if I wanted a guarantee, & eventually, I was dismissed with'you can leave.'

The interaction became even more upsetting when I heard a slur directed at me as I was leaving.

I have used Too Good To Go many times (over 150 surprise baskets so far) & have never experienced such disrespect from a participating retailer. Cancelling an order is disappointing; treating a customer this way is completely unacceptable.

Have been coming here for years now. I discovered this place during pandemic & have been coming here for donuts only! They put the DOUGH in the donuts - so light, fluffy, & delicious! Also the staff are always sweethearts.
