Love them so much! I have been ordering from them for years & just exceptional quality every single time. From the staff to their regular & seasonal chocolates & bakes, everything is top notch & what they offer is delicious & made beautifully with obvious skill & artistry. Their staff works harder than any I've ever seen - as they work long hours 6 days a week to fulfill orders & stock their shop with their delicious treats. The owners & their team deserve so much success & more for all their passion & incredibly hard work ove the past ten years. They are my family's go-to bakery for all celebrations & holidays. Their Paris-Brest is my absolute favourite & I never knew such a thing existed before I started going there. Also they are incredibly generous & help raise funds for our community organisations on a regular basis - thank you angels for everything you do for your clientele & our community!

Our favourite neighbourhood chocolate shop! The flavours are so unique & beautiful. We always buy their chocolates whenever we want to have a special treat or gift. The passion fruit caramel & the praliné options are my favourite. I recently gave them to my bridesmaids as a thank you gift. They're ~almost~ too beautiful to eat.

For the last 3 years, I've ordered my birthday cakes from this shop & have been so happy with the gorgeous & delicious cakes (& so have my guests). This year was no exception -- I ordered the newer chocolate hazelnut cake to be picked up on the weekend & for whatever reason, I completely forgot to go to the shop & pick it up 💀 I received a call from someone at the shop who tried to work with me to pick it up in the final minutes it was closing, (where the employee made the extra effort to stay longer than they should have 🥺) but due to a bad match with an Uber courier, it wasn't able to be picked up in time. They put it in the fridge for me to try & grab it on Wednesday when they reopened, & I accepted this as it was completely my fault for not picking it up when I said I would. I figured I could pick up a sad cake from the grocery store instead.
I emailed the shop to apologize for the back & forth (I really summarized the efforts above but it was a very confusing ordeal with Uber) & to thank the employee for their efforts, & was surprised to get a call from the owner, Chloe, who saw my email & graciously offered to meet me at the shop later that day as she had to be there anyway to pick something up. I was so grateful that she reached out to me! I ended up being able to bring my usual delicious cake to my birthday party & enjoy it with my friends. 🥳
I was always happy to support this very talented local shop (I buy the beautiful advent calendars from them for the holidays as gifts!) but am even more of a fan now. Thank you to Chloe & your team for helping me sort out the situation!

Les chocolat sont aussi bons autant visuellement que gustatif 😋 je vais clairement y retourner pour des événement spéciaux. & leur patisseries ils faut venir tôt dans la journée pour en avoir il semble bien car à chaque fois que j'y vais il ne reste presque plus rien lol! J'ai essayé tout leur populaires mais je pense que mes préférés sont celui à la pistache chocolat dulcey, celui au chocolat noir araguani & celui au fruit de la passion

I liked the chocolate, pretty good quality in general & they look nice. I was a bit disappointed that the cakes only come in large sizes & no individual portions. Also, the taste of the cake was not to my liking.

The most beautiful & delicious cakes, chocolates, ice cream bars, Yule logs, wedding cakes, cookies, donuts... I can go on but everything they create is amazing & their pastries have become a staple for all my family's birthdays & holidays. Also do yourself a big favour & try their Paris-Brest. 11/10 every time. Also the staff & co-owners are super professional, incredibly sweet, & ultra impressive. Thanks for making PSC a better place!

J'ai acheté leur gâteau aux amandes, caramel & vanille, ainsi que leurs chocolats & tout était délicieux! Le gâteau était moelleux & parfaitement sucré, avait assez de glaçage (pas trop) & contenait des morceaux de noix qui ajoutait une bonne texture croquante, en plus d'être décoré de manière simple & élégante. On sent également que les chocolats sont faits avec des ingrédients de qualité. Je lève mon chapeau!

I've been going to Lecavalier for many years & it always hits the spot! Les patisseries, biscuits & chocolats sont magnifiques & raffinés & les gâteaux & bûches de Noël sont le'go-to' dans ma famille pour les occasions spéciales & le temps des fêtes. Les chocolats sont parfaits pour offrir. Il y a bcp de travail derrière chaque création. A true Montreal gem!

Le gâteau au chocolat & caramel salé était tout simplement Wow! Nous avons adoré. Nous avons aussi choisi le château à la pêche, saveur assez rare en pâtisserie, & il était aussi bon! Les saveurs sont balancées les ingrédients de qualité & l'ensemble tout simplement délicieux!

I absolutely love treating myself or loved one to their gorgeous & delicious chocolate from time to time. They are pieces of art that also taste amazing. My favourites are passionfruit, salted caramel & camerise. Had the opportunity to get one of their cakes (black forest) & was just as impressed. I love everything they make. Wish I lived closer.

I had high hopes. Chocolates were good. The cake did not meet my expectations. The texture of the cake sponge was firm.

Les chocolats sont fantastiques & parmi les meilleurs que j'ai mangé ! Par contre, un peu déçue de leur gâteau, j'ai acheté un gateau fraises du québéc pensant que le goût allait etre aussi intéressant que leurs chocolats & tout le groupe a été quand même déçu. Pour le prix (55$) aussi, ça laisse une déception supplémentaire, la génoise cassonade n'était pas légère ni fine. La compote de fraises etait très bonne, mais le crumble assez absent. Pour le type d'établissement, le support à gateau argenté qu'on retrouve dans des pâtisseries bas de gamme n'est pas top non plus ... Je recommande tout à fait leurs chocolats mais pas forcément leurs gâteaux malheureusement.
