Mon nouveau resto préféré! Le service a été impeccable, les plats ont du caractère, le goût est juste & l'ensemble est cuisiné avec des aliments de grande qualité. Had a great experience with a friend of mine. There was a great vibe & music, nice crowd & the food & service was top notch. The cherry on the cake was being served by Grace, who served us at her previous job at Mon Lapin, & she was gracious, helpful & pleasant as in the past. If you go, make sure to ask for her.. you cannot go wrong with her suggestions. Looking forward in coming back & enjoying another delicious meal! CheersView more

Love this little place! We had friend with celiac so it's always a little more stressful to find restaurants that get it - this is the place! They are super & even had the most incredible carrot cake gf dessert! The mushroom dish & the carrot cake were my faves! Incredible!View more

Le Vin Papillon fait partie de ces rares restaurants à Montréal où l'on pourrait se déplacer uniquement pour ses desserts, chose que nous avons faite plusieurs fois déjà. Cela surprend, amuse ou intrigue, car les desserts ne semblent pas être au coeur de la carte - & pourtant, ils valent le détour.
Je suis obligé de mentionner le fameux sandwich à la crème glacée'gâteau aux carottes', servi avec son caramel chaud. Accompagné d'un petit vermouth rouge, c'est une parfaite façon de terminer sa soirée.
Mention spéciale également pour les maitakes aux champignons, absolument divins, mais aussi pour le jambon ou la merguez de lapin, tout aussi délicieux.
Bref, une adresse incontournable qui figure peut-être dans mon top 10 à Montréal.View more

Had an absolutely amazing dining experience at this restaurant!! Came here for dinner (3 people) & the staff & our server was just so wonderful & friendly. The vibes inside the restuarant is cozy & has a warmth to it. The decor is also pretty to look at.
The menu is written in all French (I can't speak or understand French), however, our server was so kind & gracious to go through each dish on the menu (one-by-one) & tell us the ingredients of the meal in English. He gave us recommendations & we ordered those items. I cannot express enough how lush each dish tasted. It was packed full of flavour with different textures & everything was just so delightful! You can really taste the craftsmanship of how the food was cooked & presented. For three people - five dishes were enough to share. The portion sizes were great & you can always add more if you're still hungry. I am definitely coming back here again & I highly highly recommend for people to stop by this restaurant if you are ever in Montreal.View more

Very tasty food. Friendly service. Cute ambiance. However my only annoyance - we were in & out in 45 min. Food came out so fast - our salad wasn't even finished before the mains came out. A little rushed. Otherwise everything else was amazing. They need to slow down the table turn & allow patrons to enjoy the experience.View more
