Good spot for casual drinks & tacos. The tandoori chicken taco was delicious, & the shrimp taco was solid too. The spicy margarita was a bit too intense-go classic if you're not into heat. Atmosphere was decent, service friendly, & prices fair.

Was & still is the best place for tacos on notre-dame. Hands down. They are SUPER FRESH, tasty, spicy, beautiful presentation. Everything about this bar, the old school music, the spot on cocktails, the delicious food... Perfect consistency over the years. Much respect !View more

Spicy margarita was very good. I also liked the guacamole with chips, & tacos. I would definitely recommend this place! Didn't get to eat on the terrasse as it was already full on a summer evening, but indoor was good too. Our server was very friendly :)View more

I had what I think was the weakest margarita I've ever tasted. The spicy habanero margarita was indeed spicy but there was not even a hint of tequila flavor. My fiancée's regular margarita may as well have been limeade. The other reviews mentioning good margaritas confuse me - perhaps the quality has grown downhill since COVID. In any case it's pretty ironic for a place that calls itself a tequila bar. The spicy shrimp tacos were actually quite good, even if overpriced. The sofrita burrito was bland. Good atmosphere & decent service, but paying $15+tax+tip for some really subpar margaritas unfortunately ruined the experience for us.View more

This is one of Montreal's gems. V, the owner, has made an outstanding job fusioning Mexican & Indian cuisines. His signature drinks & dishes layer these seemingly different flavors to create unique pieces. He is also an excellent host, so the experience is perfect. First time going there. Food was okay honestly not terrible, but if you are looking for authentic Mexican tacos not the spot. Also portion are very small barely enough to fill you up. Maybe it's just me but other than that service was good & atmosphere is niceView more
