Le Surcouf is a welcoming French restaurant established in a Victorian home for over 45 years now. Dominique and the chef Serge will be pleased to help you discover the fine French classic cuisine. In the fall the restaurant offers a special game menu in addition to their regular table d'hôte that you create yourself.
Le Surcouf consistently earns praise for excellent French cuisine, impeccable service, and a warm, elegant atmosphere in a charming old house with multiple intimate rooms. Amazing service & meal. The owner is always very welcoming & you can tell the restaurant is a passion to all involved. Great idea for a small celebration or a larger family event. One of the west island's best!

Ce restaurant abrite un personnel discret, à l'écoute & digne des grands restaurants. Les plats étaient succulents & les accords mets-vin parfaits. Nous y retournerons assurément !
Très bon service les plats très succulents malgré la pénurie de main-d'oeuvre je recommande ce très bon restaurant, Dominique la propriétaire elle est très gentille.
Classic French cuisine in a cozy atmosphere. Best restaurant in the West Island...hands down! Veal kidneys in a Dijon sauce are highly recommended, as is the beef tar-tar.

We are never disappointed with an evening at Surcouf. Dinners was delicious & service top notch. Many private import wines to select from only adds to the experience.
Excellent resto & si vous êtes le moindrement sensible au gluten ils sont bien équipé! Le trois quart du menu est sans gluten ou offre une alternative & la qualité n'est jamais compromise!!
