Review Summary

Reviews of Le Suki show a mix of standout flavors and attentive service with many positives about the menu's creativity and the quality of the sushi, the variety of dishes, and a welcoming atmosphere that sometimes features a terrace memory and a dessert that wowed guests; some diners describe how the menu blends classic dishes such as General Tao with sushi in unusual flavors, and several say they would return for the house made dishes and the personal touch from the staff. However, a number of reviews point to disappointments, notably on a Valentine menu where the sushi arrived drenched in a sweet thick sauce and the main course felt overly fried and rich, and others mention high prices for what was perceived as ordinary or inconsistent quality. Occasional service gaps, long waits, or uneven experiences on certain visits are noted, but many still consider Le Suki among the best sushi spots in the Laurentides and praise the friendly service, generous portions, and unique combinations that set it apart, making it a destination to try again.

There is good & bad. In general, how it feels is that they tried to do Asian/japanese/fusion in THEIR way, & some stuff is pretty good but a lot of it REALLY DOESN'T WORK & it's MEGA EXPENSIVE. THE GOOD: -Sukinettes, Majade, l'AS, & Bernard rolls are really good, I would actually order them again. -I've only done takeout orders & the staff is nice I guess. THE BAD: -Price are SOO HIGH for no reason. 10$ for the smallest spring rolls that taste like Costco frozen stuff feels almost disrespectful. -the salmon poke: so awful, the salmon in the bowl is so marinated that it gets cooked & smells like canned fish. Not a poke bowl -the Wok Suki 25$ should be half the price, lacks a lot of flavor. -I just don't feel or taste the love in there, & then they charge so much for everything. It just feels bad to spend so much on their food...
