Très bon restaurant. David le serveur était très sympathique. Nous y avons très bien mangé (tataki de thon, pétoncles & short ribs, en entrée la poêlée de légumes & le gravlax de saumon). Mes filles ont aussi bien aimé leurs cocktails. Le concept de restaurant caché est bien exploité.
Restaurant correct. Accueil & serveurs chaleureux & attentifs mais les plats laissent beaucoup à désirer. Mon entrée & mon plat principal contenaient les mêmes légumes & purée d'accompagnement.........ordinaire.
Les choux de Bruxelles étaient durs comme la roche. Je m'attendais à mieux.

Le concept, le décor, l'ambiance & surtout nourriture, wow! Nous avons adoré & on se demandais ce qu'on a bien pu manger jusqu'à cette soirée là, les saveurs se mariaient à la perfection! Le serveur a même pris un shooter avec nous, super sympathique!
A delightful experience all around, from entry to exit. Of course it is fun to access the restaraunt through an unexpected doorway, but that is only the beginning! Tasty period cocktails, camouflaged within books & a comfy, casual ambience. The staff was very friendly & accommodating, especially given that my French is atrocious! Both my husband & I were able to choose entrees which were exactly what we wanted, even though we had no idea what that might be when we sat down. I would highly recommend dinner & cocktails at Le Speakeasy when visiting Montreal.
My group of 6 had a fantastic time. Our server David was friendly & very helpful. He advised our drink choices & none of us were disappointed! Name the flavor profile you like, & he will find the best drink for you! We shared a variety of appetizers & entrees & everything was delicious.
Service & food were fantastic! All of our dishes (scallops, tuna, & freekeh) were to die for. The only negative was that one of the cheeses on the cheese platter was far too dry & hard. The drinks & atmosphere were good as well, though the music was a little too loud for my liking.
Belle endroit mais je n ai pas tripé sur le services , le serveur a couru toutes la soirée en essayant de donner un bon service . J ai bien aimé nôtre drink Le Speakeasy, très spectaculaire & bon. Nous avons pas eu notre vin pour les entrées & j ai demander du pain pour mon entrée que nous avons pas eu & nous avons redemandé pour le plats principal. Les saveurs étaient présentes dans nos assiettes & nous avons attendu une demi-heure pour payer la facture. Donc c'était bon mais je retournais pas à cette endroit
Food & cocktails were exquisite, spectacular decor. Very attentive, pleasant & friendly service. We were a group of 8 for a birthday party & they took care of us all evening. Would definitely return & I strongly recommend this resto.
