I never skip going for a dinner at Saloon when I'm in Montreal. It's always the best way to start a night out, food is always great, music is on point & the vibe is always upbeat & fun! I never miss out on the beef tartare & my favourite drink, South Beach! The staff is fun & friendly, & they always remember me! Can't wait to hit the terrace this summer!

The staff is so warm & funny, they always know what they're doing, they make you feel at home. The food is great & generous & the music is loud but you just can't keep from dancing while eating your Cowboy Burger. Try the Saloon Beef tartare, it's heavenly. This restaurant is the perfect representation of the french community in Montreal. Juste du plaisir.

je suis aller un dimanche tranquille, je m'attendait pas à ce délice du tout...j'ai adoré, autant la nourriture que l'ambiance..

J'y ai mangé plusieurs fois. Le menu est très varié, je n'ai jamais été déçu. Portion suffisante, plats goûteux. L'ambiance est bonne, la musique correcte. Il y a peut-être un peu trop de tables pour la surface à l'intérieur du restaurant.

Le décor tape-à-l'oeil est impressionnant, & le menu midi plutôt abordable. J'avais opté pour une salade césar en entrée, qui manquait malheureusement de punch & des pâtes aux légumes comme plat principal. Mon plat principal était fort délicieux, rempli de bons légumes frais & de chorizo épicé. Le service était courtois & empressé. Le tout fut une assez bonne expérience.

Le Saloon Bistro Bar est comparable à un beau pot rempli de crème "Cheap".
Le restaurant est beau, il est contemporain, la musique est bonne, mais la nourriture est plus qu'ordinaire. J'y suis allée à trois reprises pour les trois différents repas de la journée. Malheureusement, à trois reprises, j'ai été déçue.
Frites froides, bacon trop cuits & baignant dans le gras & surtout le café, quelle déception... Vraiment dégoûtant! Créma acide, mousse de lait remplie d'air, sans texture & une amertume insoutenable. Une belle tasse de 5$ décevante!
Le service est très inconstant. La dernière fois que j'y suis allée, j'ai été bien reçu comparativement au deux premières fois.
Je ne recommande ce restaurant à personne à moins que l'administration change & que les façons de faire également...
