The staff is so warm and funny, they always know what they're doing, they make you feel at home. The food is great and generous and the music is loud but you just can't keep from dancing while eating your Cowboy Burger. Try the Saloon Beef tartare, it's heavenly. This restaurant is the perfect representation of the french community in Montreal. Juste du plaisir.
