Nous fêtions nos 40 ans de mariage & nous avons été servis par Dominique qui nous a donné un service impeccable ainsi que ses collègues, dont un nous a pris en photo. Ce jeune homme a pris le temps de nettoyer la table avant pour une photo réussie. Je ne sais malheureusement pas son prénom. Les fruits de mer étaient cuits à point & on ne peut plus succulent. Les entrées, le potage, le dessert, tout était un pur délice. Nous accordons donc 5 étoiles au Rouge Vin!

Magnifique vue. Le service est très courtois. Mais la cuisine laisse à désirer. Pour le coût & vu la qualité des ingrédients, la cuisson n'était pas du tout au rendez-vous. Homard (miniature) trop cuit, filet mignon qui semble bouilli. Ok quelques marques de gril mais mou, froid & pas du tout grillé. Pomme de terre avec goût douteux & 3 asperges comme légumes. La cuisine gagnerait à être améliorée. Endroit très peu adapté pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. Pas de stationnement réservé pour personne handicapée, il faut monter plusieurs marches & aucune rampe pour monter par l'intérieur. Il y a une seule rampe à gauche. Toilette en bas donc encore là, peu adapté.

Chaque plat est préparé avec soin, offrant des saveurs raffinées & parfaitement équilibrées. Une excellente adresse que nous recommandons sans hésitation & où nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Je soupçonne fortement que le potage avait une base de bouillon/fond de poulet malgré qu'on nous ait dit qu'il était végétarien… malgré qu'il était bon, nous avons été plusieurs à y reconnaître ce goût… Mystère.
