Le Roseline, c'est l'endroit parfait pour une soirée réussie. L'ambiance est cosy mais animée, la carte bien pensée, & la nourriture délicieuse. Leur ceviche ? Juste incroyable, ultra frais & plein de saveurs.

& le week-end, avec la musique live, c'est encore mieux. Un bon verre, une assiette bien préparée & une super vibe… difficile de trouver mieux. Clairement une adresse à garder en tête !

Super endroit, je le recommande vivement pour un souper en amoureux ou entre amis ou bien même, juste pour prendre un verre ! L'ambiance y est très agréable & la cuisine est un pur délice ! Je suis à chaque fois ravi de mes expériences passés dans ce restaurant, que ce soit par rapport au service (toujours impeccable), à l'ambiance ou à la cuisine !

I had been wanting to go to Roseline for a few months but the timing was off. They were either not yet open (too early) or it was an afterthought. Finally my sister & I had a chance to go & we weren't at all disappointed. In fact it's even more eclectic & smooth like a delicious cocktail.

Everything about this bar - speakeasy - resto is top notch. But the ambiance is really the icing on the cake. Sublime.

We enjoyed a bottle of wine & the tartare entree which was delectable.

I always like to keep these places I love a secret but I am sure it is going to be one of these spots in Montreal that will keep its doors open a very very long time.

The owner Jean-Marc was welcoming & gracious & spent some time speaking with us at our table. Our waiter Vincent was also full of positive energy. Dynamic.

Old world jazzy 1940s feel. Just my kinda vibe.

J'ai passé une expérience très agréable dans un cadre très conviviale & atypique. Nous avons été servis par Loïc, un serveur avec d'excellents conseils (pour le vin & pour le choix de plat) afin que notre expérience soit une réussite. Ça bonne humeur & son sourire était plus que contagieux 🤗

Toujours une expérience magique quand on mange au Roseline. J'ai pris l'habitude d'inviter mes bons amis à cet endroit pour leur anniversaire, & c'est toujours une belle découverte pour eux.

Une soirée mémorable à même ne plus vouloir quitter l'ambiance tellement agréable ! Le comptoir d'huîtres me rappelle Paris ! Les repas savoureux, la musique, le service etc… on y est resté jusqu'à la fin de la soirée dans ce décor d'Hôtel New-yorkais ;))
