J'adore cet endroit! L'ambiance est feutrée, intime & chaleureuse. On y mange tellement bien, les cocktails sont impeccables & la carte des vins est parfaite. Surtout, le service est imbattable!

Tout parfait, juste un brin cher. Quand tes choux de Bruxelles sont plus chers (18$) qu'un verre de vin...

Mais les tagliatelles à l'agneau, feta & figues étaient succulentes (27$), & le vin recommandé convenait tout à fait.

Le restaurant Roseline se distingue par une qualité d'exécution remarquable, tant sur le plan culinaire que sur celui de l'expérience globale. Chaque plat témoigne d'une maîtrise technique précise & d'une compréhension approfondie des équilibres gustatifs, ce qui se traduit par une cohérence sensorielle rarement atteinte dans des établissements de même catégorie.
Toutefois, l'élément ayant véritablement permis de hausser notre expérience à un niveau sans précédent est sans conteste l'intervention de Léna. Par son professionnalisme, sa bienveillance & sa capacité à anticiper les besoins des clients, elle a optimisé l'ensemble de l'expérience de manière mesurable : fluidité du service, qualité des interactions humaines, & sentiment de prise en charge personnalisée.
Le pianiste a contribué à la belle ambiance avec son doux classique. Quel décor magnifique aussi!

The first time we ate here was such a wonderful experience that we had to come back with our family from Belgium who came to visit us over the holidays. The atmosphere is cosy, the service exceptional & the food extremely tasty. 100% would recommend.

Beautiful restaurant, great food.. Beef tartare , & burrata were fresh & tasty, amazing service. Nov.2025 I came for the second time & this time was even better than the first time, it was a nice pianist there too! The atmosphere was more pleasant & the food perfect as before! Definitely will come back again. Highly recommended

J'ai adorer mon expérience au Roseline, je me suis fais servir par la gentille Émilie qui était chaleureuse & professionnelle tout en étant toutefois amicale. L'un des meilleure service que j'ai reçu depuis longtemps. Je reviendrais certainement faire un tour. Les huitres étaient également délicieuses 🌷
