Le Red Tiger is a popular Vietnamese restaurant in Montreal that has a spot in the Timeout market, which is a great place to grab a quick bite.
It's a popular spot, though still a decent bowl of pho. It's quick enough to serve so if you're ever in a pinch for time, this is a good place to try. Weirdly, I wasn't given chopsticks & had to try eating this with a fork & spoon.

Tasty, fresh, & quick. I was impressed by the quality & flavor of both dishes, plus it didn't take them long to prepare them. The portions were just perfect & more than enough.
They are careful with allergies if you mention them.
If you happen to go to the Time Out Market, the Red Tiger is so worth it - do not miss it.
