Worst bánh mì I've ever had. I've been to Le Petit Sao multiple times at different locations, & I've always had a good experience, so this was really disappointing.
The bread was incredibly mushy, even though I asked if they could warm it up. The employee said they already had, but it definitely didn't seem like it. I was planning to eat it by the canal, but after one bite, I just couldn't.
The sandwich was cold, soggy, & wasn't even cut in half. It was already falling apart before I could even eat it properly. I decided to give it another chance & took it home to warm it up in the air fryer, but that didn't help at all.
It was surprisingly flavorless, with barely any sauce. The cucumber slices were huge & unpleasant to eat, making the sandwich even worse.
I know Le Petit Sao is usually great, even for takeout, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I really hope this was just a one-off, because the quality today was nowhere near what I've come to expect.

Starting off with the good - pandan ice coffee was great albeit chunky (to be expected).

The bad - had a tofu avocado banh mi. Barely any avocado, tofu was all out, bread looked like it went under a car & was simply not good.

I can definitively say that this was the worst banh mi I've ever had. It's been a hour & my teeth still hurt from pulling on the bread. & for $24 total? So not worth it.
