Food is excellent. Service is excellent. Atmosphere is excellent. You can tell they are very very serious with the food, which is big plus for all customers. Definitely coming back in future.
Depuis ma dernière visite, le menu est limité a un seul sandwich au saumon fumé sans possibilité de changer pour la protéine. Alors il vous reste 5 plats d'oeuf pochés qui sont énormes & dispendieux. Il serait gagnant de réduire les portions de moitié & charger 20$ le plat plus tôt que 32$ pour une assiette qu'on ne peut finir & qui n'est pas guère appétissante de rapporter à la maison.
Nous n'aimions pas notre table coincée entre le corridor de service & une table de 2, la jeune fille nous a dit avoir trop des réservations pour nous déplacer, alors nous nous sommes assis au comptoir. Je me demande bien ce qui a pu se passer à toutes ces réservations, car la majorité des tables sont restés vacantes durant le 90 minutes que nous avons passé au resto.
Je sais qu'on est loin du Passé Composé original du plateau, mais j'ai été déçu de la sélection restreinte du m menu sans possibilité de faire des modification même pour un extra.
Une facture de 110$ pour deux plats d'oeuf pochés, un verre de bulle, un smoothie & un café . . . À ce prix, je vous invite à aller voir ailleurs malheureusement.
RIP Passé Composé, les belles années sont loin derrière.
Je viens au passé composé depuis des années & c'est mon brunch préféré mais malgré la qualité des plats je suis déçue par l'augmentation de prix drastiques, 40$ une assiette, 9$ un jus de pamplemousse... c'est supposé être un bistro pas un gastro. L'ambiance du restaurant n'est pas propice à ça c'est bruyant, les tables sont toutes packed... le menu est devenu tout petit, tous les grilled cheese ont disparu. J'ai été déçue de ma dernière expérience.

The food was wonderful, but I suffered food poisoning shortly after my meal while still in the restaurant. Perhaps the bone marrow could have been cooked longer.
Honestly the coffee arrived cold, then the food arrived super cold & dried out. It wasn't super busy so I don't really understand why. But minus that it was nice
The service was amazing & the attention to detail was top notch. One of our servers really took care of us & even gave us recommendations on places to visit in Montréal, I think her name was Frederica.
Not a big fan of this place. Hipster vibe, food was ok but I was not in love with any of the dishes we received. My wife felt sick after eating there. All in all in my opinion there are better brunch places in Montreal.
