Service was slow & some servers were visibly frustrated & annoyed. Took 45 minutes to get our food, so ended up finishing up our beverages way before we could eat.
It's was sooooooo wonderful the best brunch I had ever. But the portion quite big I suggest you to order everything & share with your friends so you can try all pf the menu as well. Because you shouldn't missed any single dishes🤤🤤🤤
It was not as good as we expected. We waited more than one hour for our meals ! we went there on Monday morning so it was not weekend! We found this place based on google reviews & we decided our dishes based on the photos of popular dishes but we have been told that most of those dishes won't be served... some of the staff were friendly but some not.. we ordered 4 latte but they have been served with different ratio of milk & without any decorations! Even though the quality of food was great, I would not recommend this place to my friends.
The foods itself presents in nice ways, but when it delivery to our table it was cold. We understand the chef May taking lots order at the same time, but for the price we paying we do expect more high value on the food tastes

Only trust when we try the foods, we wait for more than 40mins & the food presents looks big, but the food itself is cold. I think they may prepare & cook all the orders at once. Many reviews give high score, but sorry I don’t recommend here. It doesn’t worthy to come paying such high price.
Le Passé Composé is one of the most decadent brunches I've had in my life - & for a very reasonable price. & what I also loved was the laid-back & chill vibe of the restaurant itself.
I really only went for the foie gras poached eggs. The foie gras was nicely cooked & the sauce that they made was incredibly creamy & not too heavy/fatty. The onion jam & turnips were also nice additions for you to make a perfect bite, with extra textures & flavor. For the actual poached eggs, they were perfectly runny LOL. The brioche buns were also buttery & airy, & WAY better than the American's sad excuse of the thing they serve eggs Benedict on.
The panko french toast was also so good- i didnt know how much the panko changed French toast, but it did open my eyes. The toast was not soggy at all, & the panko added a nice extra crisp for texture. The caramelized pears were well cooked, not mushy, & deliciously slightly cinnamon-y.
I would definitely share the foie gras poached eggs, as it would've been too much for one person (have u ever tried eatin too much foie gras? Ur arteries start crying. plus u can try more of the menu!)

Trop longue attente (plus d'une heure) après avoir commandé + que du cava comme choix à boire (pas de cocktail pas de vin). Heureusement la nourriture en vaut la peine
Food is excellent. Service is excellent. Atmosphere is excellent. You can tell they are very very serious with the food, which is big plus for all customers. Definitely coming back in future.
