Un petit déjeuner sympathique avec de bons produits. Y étant allée le jour de la fête des Mères j'ai été surprise de voir uniquement deux employés obligés de servir les clients tant dans la boutique que dans la salle tout en gardant sourire & dynamisme. Merci à eux deux d'avoir réussi cet exercice de jonglage afin que les clients restent satisfaits. On se demande comment la gérante organise les journées de ses employés.

Je suis arrivée au Paltoquet à la fermeture & jai reçu un excellent service malgré tout, sans jamais qu'on me fasse sentir que je dérange, & l'employé au comptoir s'est démené pour me préparer ma commande le plus soigneusement possible.
Concernant les produits, tout était excellent 😍
Bref, on m'avait recommandé cette boulangerie & je n'ai pas été déçue! Merci Eggy & Gervais!

Ever since they sold few years ago to the new owner, the quality has never been the same. They stopped making many items & lots of items are out of stock early on in the day. Quality is the biggest problem the patisserie are not made as well as before. Before it was the best patisserie in Montréal, now i wouldn't recommend it. They won the 2nd best croissant in Montréal many years ago, but today its not even top 20 in the city.
